Location is convenient.
The staff was very friendly, and it is very clean. The beds are comfy. It is in a good location in terms of lots of suburban shopping and dining amenities nearby. It is very no frills, but more comfortable than expected for a motel.

Do not stay there. The tap water in both kitchen and bathroom are yellow! Though their reception desk sells bottled water for $1.5 each, and I used that to brush my teeth. It's unacceptable to have yellow tap water for a hotel.
