Best Western Circus City Inn

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are simple and clean.

It was dirty and rusty and the whirlpool tub was disgusting

This was an inexpensive, yet great option for our family. The hotel was totally booked up but the staff was still so courteous and the hotel was well kept. They did a great job with keeping up all the breakfast items in the morning as well.

The cleanliness was not to my liking. The floors were filthy in our room and the bathroom counters were wet.

The room was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was much more than what we expected and it was delicious. Housekeeping staff was great.

Little noisy at times, especially when other guests let their doors slam shut, but other than that, no negative reviews for this hotel.

This is how a hotel experience should be! Clean rooms, very very professional staff, excellent hot breakfast. Location was great. This was my second stay here and will be my go to hotel in this area in the future!!

The front desk gentleman  is Awesome! He was so courteous and always pleasant and professional. The room was clean and the hotel is in a great location.

I made a mistake on the first they are booked on the date so I went ahead and put the correct date in good faith that I would get my money back for the first date but I didn't they kept my money and I didn't there just because of a booking mistake

It's an old motel, but very well kept. It was clean and the staff was kind and efficient. We were well cared for.

The location was great as I was visiting with family in the area. It was right off US 31 in Indiana easy to get to you.

The only thing that was difficult was the carpeting was old and dirty. You could tell that the hotel had been smoked in even though no it was totally smoke-free. Overall it was a good experience I realize that the hotel was older but it had been kept up

It was the best of the worst in Peru, IN.

There were nail clippings on the carpet. I found a stiff wash cloth on the top of the shower curtain. The tub stopper did not work. The electronic lock to the door was the old kind and took several attempts to open the door.

Best Western needs more comfortable pillow. This is the second BW hotel we went on this trip (Other one 1 night in Hannibal, MS) and we found the pillow very uncomfortable too fat and not soft enough. BW should provide a choice of flatter pillow.
