Knights Inn - Peru, IN

A/C was great. Quite location and staff was very good.

Nothing mattress in yard at entrance bunch mattress in yard.

The owner I stay there with my husband couple times over summer closed to lake. This last stay when I came in to check in the same man who checks is in everytime says to me your stay for the night or do you just need room for couple hours. Very insulting.

My service dog was welcome. We were at the back of hotel. Quiet and easy to get in

bugs. Like pinching bugs.

The hotel is close to the highway. There's a big open field for the dogs to run and play. There's a gazebo to sit in, thank goodness. (it was raining). The wonderful nice gentleman at the desk fixed our TV right away. He was pleasant and professional.

There were cockroaches on our bed. This hotel needs updating. The bathroom, the tile/grout is all discolored from years of use. The little couch... (gross) it smelled and needs cleaning.

Comfortable beds. Good pricing.

Toilets too low. Bathroom floor grubby. Noisy neighbors. Noisy heater/air conditioner.

Located by highway. Easy to get to town or on main road to travel to most major towns in area. Restraunt on-site.

Required a $50 deposit not just a credit card on file.

Had 2 rooms, 2 room had a very noisy air conditioner. Otherwise all was good for a short stay.

Its affordable and the rooms are very nicely maintained and decorated.

Only thing I could say could improve is to offer some sort of breakfast.

This hotel was conveniently located for my trip. It is a basic hotel and was ptetty much exactly what I expected and needed.

The only thing I didn't like was that you had to go to the office for coffee, it was not in your room.

Cleanliness was an issue. There were hairs on sheets and general maintenance issues. Electric wall plate loose. A wall socket was hanging out by wires by the bed. Very outdated

The rooms were clean, the staff very friendly, and it was quiet and safe. Everything was great.

Convenient location, clean, comfortable bed.

There wasn't any shady activity present that I could tell. Typically, a Knights INN...IS riddled with hoppers and dope dealers. So, to not have to deal with any of that was nice.

The washcloths didn't appear to be clean, there was no shampoo for me, and the blankets weren't enough to keep me snuggly or cozy.

Terrible customer service. Room door was wide open. With flies all over the room. Terrible smell. Dirty room. Did not stay and hotel refused a refund. Stayed at hotel across the street, was much better experience .
