Quality Inn North Vernon near Hwy 50

Staff was very friendly& curtious

pool was closed temporarily for maintance the whole time Was looking forward to a dip after a hot day

Location was close to the baseball park which was the reason for my stay.

Bathrooms were very small, and the toiletries were of poor quality. Breakfast was paltry and the coffee was terrible and not warm. Need some protein for breakfast.

Staff is rude, all shampoos were used, there's no elevator for my double amputee father in law, owner refused to help me with the choice rewards system and told me to call them that it wasnt her problem, will NOT stay here again

Pool size, bed linens were not cleaned properly and beds were not very comfortable

The manager was rude and tried to scam us out of the room we paid for. He acted like we were stupid. The pool is closed permanently and they have no plans to reopen it. The "2 person whirlpool tub" barely fit one small person. The room smelled awful.

It has bed bugs and the deposit was ridiculous!

The breakfast was sub-par.

The new owners are amazing and so helpful and understanding. I visited before the new owners were and the service is day and night. It is a smaller hotel because it is a small rural adorable town.

Not the new owners fault but the pool was not opened and I am positive the pool will be opened soon. The only small thing is they need salt and pepper for the hard boiled eggs but it is a minor thing.

I was not 100% satisfied

I asked for more towels and had to go outside to find help. Then she acted like I was bothering her and was stingy with giving me a set. Took forever to get hot water. TV was not giving us good service! Will not return!!

The property was clean and the rooms were ok

You only got one towel and wash cloth per day and we had 4 people. Also if you use your towel for the pool you don’t get any extra and there’s no towels for the pool except what’s in your room. The main thing was check out is at 11, by 915 and man was vacuuming the hallway and baby out door several times and woke us up after not getting in until after 1 in the morning. I didn’t appreciate to pay 300 for a room to be rudely awakened like that.

Very clean. Comfortable bed and freshly painted. Friendly and professional staff.

We were there for a travel baseball tournament it was right across the street

We were expecting rain overnight and had to bring in our folding chairs, wagon, bag as well as 3 youngs. Our room was upstairs there was no freaking elevator. All of the outlets in the room were loose and would not hold a phone charger tight. The "complimentary breakfast consisted of cereal, bruised bananas, toast, hardboiled eggs and a waffle maker.
