Fairfield Inn Muncie

Location hotel employee at guest relations was great and the maintenance guy was great.

Heat did not work in the room and I reached out to maintenance that had to come in and remove the cover off the furnace move the sensor clean the filter and the heat started working normal. No compensation From manager even though it was a issue.

Very Clean and comfy, breakfast was amazing and staff was great.

The beds were comfortable.

The bed frames all had a large metal bar sticking out and 3 people injured themselves on it.

The gentleman checking us in was friendly and the process was quick.

The room was very outdated, had a terrible odor and the bed was extremely uncomfortable as my back is still paying for it two nights later. Way overpriced!

Friendly and helpful staff. Great location.

Our room was very musty smelling. I think it was the in-unit air conditioner.

 the front desk was very courteous and helpful! You can tell her cares about his job!

There were yellow stains on the comforter we did not notice until the next day and a blood stain on the sheet. There was black mold in the shower too.

Location to Ball State was good. Breakfast was also acceptable.

Hotel is dated. Seems like an old hotel that has been somewhat remodeled. The price was high for the quality of hotel and room you get.

Honestly, it wasn¿t remarkable, however they were the only hotel in town with a pool operating.

No extra blankets for the sofa bed, no trash bags in the cans.

Friendly people and clean

This hotel was not up to the --- dollar level. Room was small and bathroom was even smaller. This room was more like a --- dollar level.

No phone in room and land line did not work. No maid service. And tried to charge me for hotel and state taxes on check out, which were paid on my credit card in May, '21.

location and food was appropriate adjusted for COVID protocols.

yikes-bugs in shower, hair in shower & on floor, food crumbs on floor & dirty under tv stand. Not seem like extensive covid-19 cleaning. Person at check-out was kind, but didn't wear a mask at checked-in; spit on paper key holder right it was given to me

I liked the location of the hotel.

I asked to have a receipt emailed to me. When I received the receipt it gave me a 0 balance, but did not break down the charges and where the money went and when I checked my bank account I was charged an extra $40.

Great room and breakfast. Staff was very friendly.

Disappointed there was no hot tub

BED-HARD&NO pillow top.Room-TOO HOT.AC only blows at 61!Shower-black mold. BRKFST @9:40. Eggs-COLD!Only 2 omelets left in tray/no scrambled. Worst FI exprnc ever! More like a Days Inn!Men in prkng lot fighting&cursing w/ clnng staff watching. NVR AGN.

the front desk clerk was awesome. She re cleaned our room due to it smelt like cigarettes butts. The toilet had a black ring around it. The breakfast was poorly displayed and inadequate due to staffing not enough employees for a sold out hotel.

The staff is always friendly and attentive. Rooms are clean and price is reasonable.

It was cheap and right where i needed to be in Muncie.

The breakfast wasnt great and the pool water was extremely salty and burned my eyes.

Daughter left a blanket in room. We called few hours later after realizing it happened. I Went back to hotel, housekeeping had already cleaned room. Appears staff has sticky fingers because it was only few hours and no one else even opened door to room

Close to family.

Found ants in room, room was not Serviced, bathtub dirty, road construction along access to hotel, hot tub full of stagnate green water, indoor pool ice cold, outrageously overpriced.

very clean great breakfast great excersize room

noise but not the fault of the hotel next room had a fight going on. just bad night but it was not a deal breaker
