Hot tube broke, door lock battery died, lights flickering, pancake machine broke

Cleanliness, staff friendliness, secure location, newer property

I reserved a "large room," but it was really a handicapped accessible room. I would have preferred a regular room, but no biggie.

Housekeeping was minimal. Did not even empty our garbage and needed to request clean towels.

Not enough tissue and a staff member is taking short cuts with cleaning.

The waffle maker was broken. The breakfast was okay. The cinnamon rolls were dry.

Bacon and real orange juice at breakfast. Juices were way too watered down.

New , clean. Room was nice

Great location

The floor in our room was very dirty. The bathroom was not only dirty but sticky as well as the faucet. Other than that, nice place to stay, breakfast was good and would’ve left an exceptional review had it not been for a dirty floor.

Staff was very friendly. Room was spacious and nicely updated.

My only complaint was the TV. A smart TV would have been great.

Breakfast was lacking. Food was not replaced in a timely way. Gave up a grabbed some fruit.

They would not take cash as payment, when I complained the person at front desk told me she would not rent me a room. Went to another town rented a room and paid with cash what is happening to this world when cash is on good.

Desk clerk needs to not let her one feeling get hurt so easily.

Conveniently located, staff was so wonderful, great breakfast, spotless rooms and hotel as a whole. The beds were amazing and the pillows and beds g are just the best. We actually want to find those same pillows and buy them. Quiet, relaxing stay and we hated to leave!!

There’s not one single thing we didn’t love about this hotel.

I forgot a device in my room, and it wasn't easy to contact them. They promised to send it back by phone, but I received no answer by email or feedback.It shows they don't care about the customers.

The location was great, relative to my whereabouts. Very clean and new. Staff were very good.

I got the sense that it was “too new.” For example, one of the 2 elevators didn’t work at all. The pool wasn’t ready. And cosmetically, I could tell it was polished enough to be open to the public. Sawdust and a rushed paint job were evidential. And so for a $400+ stay for 2 nights, you’d hope to have everything working in your favor. I was charged top dollar and full price for an above average operation. That doesn’t match up.

Very clean, nice, and new. My room was perfect and very large. The equipment all worked perfectly and it was very quiet allowing a good night’s sleep. Breakfast was also a nice start to each day.

I drove around for a long time looking for this hotel and arrived frustrated - but the staff did nothing to respond to my concerns.
