The breakfast

The tv are to work. And the electric blinds did not work. Do not like a dart room.

The room was clean, comfortable and well decorated

The wait for a room was inconveniently long and the breakfast was meagre compared to other places where I have stayed. It is always nice to find fresh fruit and scrambled eggs.

The room was clean and very comfortable. The free bottle of water and snacks (for Hilton Honors members) is a great perk! Front desk staff were great!

Not a thing.

The pull out couch didn't have a blankett or a pillow. Breakfast was horrible...outta waffle mix, outta muffins, no biscuits for biscuits and gravy, oatmeal was dry and in a crock pot, no hard boiled eggs..my kids ate toast until they ran out of bread.

When I came to check in I was handed a letter stating that they had no room for me and they made a reservation elsewhere and they paid for my first night. I only booked that hotel because I had a meeting in that hotel the next day.

Staff was extremely friendly upon arrival. It appears hotel is brand new or has been recently renovated. Extremely clean. Very nice and quiet. Would definitely stay here again.

It's close proximity to Ball State University

Wasnt told until I walked into the hotel for check in that the whole main level was under construction. So my friend who I haven't seen in 3 years and I had to hang out in our room the entire night when the plan was to talk in the lobby.

The room was relatively quiet and very comfortable to sleep in.

The room smelled like cigarette smoke.

The room was on the first floor.

Jacuzzi tub did not work. Request a refund of the difference of a standard size room with a Ming size bed with no Jicuzzi tub.

Very friendly staff. Liked the layout of our room. The bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was good considering all the regulations with Covid. It appeared everyone went above and beyond to keep everyone safe.

Only complaint is the toilet sits too low to the floor. Grab bars would be a big help especially for older people who are not handicapped but just might need a little help.

Friendly staff, close to my sons school and under normal circumstances has great coffee.

The shower could have been cleaner.

The breakfast had a large selection of foods and juices. There were several healthy choices.

Front desk clerks were friendly and helpful and the room was very nice and the breakfast was good

Nothing. I would not stay here again.

The check in process was terrible. It took 30 minutes. The clerk had no idea what he was doing and should not have been left alone. What was unbelievable is he took a personal phone call during my check in.

Close to Ball State, free breakfast, free wifi, free parking , friendly staff

The pool was unexpectedly closed & I specifically picked this hotel for the pool. Getting there to a closed pool was disappointing .

The room that we got was not the room that we paid for. The room we paid for was not available so we had to use a roll away bed. It was falsely advertised.

Friendly and helpful staff. Room was quiet and comfortable.

Thought the thermostat was hard to regulate.

Beautiful rooms. Clean, Comfy beds. Hot breakfast.

The coffee sucked. And, I suspect that all of the coffee was actually decaf. But that's a minor nit indeed.
