It's easy walking distance to Indiana Beach. Our room was spotless.

Great location, comfortable beds, nice pool, clean room and nice kitchenette for breakfast foods and drinks.

Location was great. Owners was so nice and friendly. Accommodation was great, ever thing you could need they supplied. Would diffently use them again.

Clean, close to park, lots to do

The cats are a little annoying. We are animal lovers, but trying to keep them out of our rentals was kind of a pain. They are outside cats, so they aren’t clean.

This is the only property I will ever stay at again on my yearly pilgrimage to Indiana Beach. Super close to IB gate (100yrds), new, clean pool where they supply towels. The owner herself is the nicest lady you ever want to meet who owns a huge Newfie who politely says hi to the guests. The rooms themselves have all been updated. The mattresses leave you thinking you were home. Our view from #10 unit was outstanding. It included the decks, dock and lake.

Honestly having trouble thinking of anything. Maybe add an ice tray???

Close to amusement park, I like everything about the property I highly recommend it. Have been there twice now and plan on coming back again.

The staff was so friendly and made us feel at home. The resort was walking distance to Indiana Beach. There was so much to do at the resort, from having a campfire to swimming to taking the paddleboat out.

The owners were very friendly. The set up for the cabins was nicely done. They had a pool my daughter liked using more then going to the amusement park. Nice view of the lake at night very peaceful.

It was right on the lake, well maintained and friendly staff.

The price for the weekend was such a deal!!! Animal friendly so I was able to take my fur baby. Loved the lake view in every window of the house. Rooms were up to date and clean. Beds were super comfortable. The paddle boat was an amazing experience on the lake. The TV had it's own firestick. Loved that there were card games and uno. The property has 2 grills and so glad it had the gas all ready and also had an option for charcoal if u wanted to grill that way as well.Loved the fire pit and that we had all we needed to make a fire. It was quiet, relaxing and very beautiful. The manager was so very kind, accommodating and welcoming.

The well water smelled of rotten eggs in the sink and shower. The softener was so strong I couldn't get my hands to feel like the soap was off my hands. No drinking water so had to buy gallons of water for the weekend. I'm so highly allergic to cats and they were on the outside area sofas all day so I wasn't able to enjoy the sofa area. Definitely can use more socket plugs in the rooms and living room.

Everything! The amenities were wonderful from kayaking to night swimming. The apartment was clean and well stocked with the basics. Owners were friendly and very accommodating. Will definitely stay again!

Parking was at a premium. Would’ve been OK if we were traveling by ourselves in just one car, but we had multiple vehicles. In the end, it worked out OK.

Parking isn’t that great.

The unit was exactly as pictured. Very clean and comfortable. Of note, there are ceiling fans in living room and 2 bedrooms. The bedroom with bunk beds has a tower fan, very thoughtful. Lora was very friendly and helpful. She always checked to see if we needed anything when she saw us. Beds were very comfortable, and I never say that about hotel beds. The unit had a full kitchen and dishwasher. The bedrooms had closets and end tables with electrical and/or USB outlets. Keyless lock on door was set to last four digits of my phone number, so we didn't have to worry about remembering that. Plenty of hot water and nice shower heads. Within walking distance of Indiana Beach Amusement Park. Nice grills and grilling utensils. Good access to lake if you wanted to kayak or fish. They allow dogs, and that just never happens. The room as smoke free, but had places to smoke outside.

The unit maybe a little tight if you have 10 people and spent a lot of time inside there, just a little bit.

Very clean! Offers lots of extras. The pool was so clean and not over chlorinated. The towels were actual pool towels which was nice.

It was walking distance to Indiana Beach. The newly renovated apartments were cute and very up to date!! The owners are super friendly and very accommodating!!! The perfect little weekend getaway for any age!!!
