Only front desk help we walked in at 4 o’clock. We went out and come back at 12. No one was there. Got up at 8:30 to go breakfast and checked out. Nobody was there.

Staff was friendly and lobby area was nice.

Rooms are all pet friendly. Although the room was clean it smelled like dogs badly. When we turned on the air it was horrible. Would be nice if certain rooms were kept for people without pets. It is sad because other than that great hotel.

I like the clean look of the hotel, the lobby, and the breakfast room. Our room had low water pressure, and the shower curtain was not adequate. I got water all over. But overall it is 90% better than the other hotels in the area.

Breakfast was great!

We had a long wait to check in, the people in front of us had a problem. We weren't even acknowledged for at least 5 -10 minutes.

Check in staff was awful. Charged my card 3 times for a room that was prepaid for.

Room 407 bathtub slippery & shower head not good. It was too high and unable to be adjusted.

The staff was very pleasant - even tho the housekeepers walked off of the job, the front desk attendants were very nice and accommodating. Thank You for everything.

The room was very spacious & smelled clean.

The walls are super thin & if you are a late sleeper, expect to wake up during the morning rush to breakfast as room doors slam shut & people talk with outside voices in the hall.

The Beds were clean and comfortable.

Hotel is beaten up , get a shower and someone else uses hot water , you get very hot water . The breakfast is nasty , breakfast lady was rude.You get kicked out of the pool 15 min before pool closing . Will never stay their again !

House keeping knocked on door early in the morning even after sign was on door. Proceeded to open door. Also my checkout time was 12 its was 11:12 and she proceeded to still enter room after I said No don’t come in that check out was 12 on reservation.

Staff very accommodating. Good covid restriction set in place in lobby and breakfast area.

Staff was excellent. Covid restriction were in place and acceptable. Bathroom and room itself not the cleanest. Crumbs left on desk and chai, floor. Obviously not wiped down& vacuumed. Shower mildew& grout mold.

Overall, the room was good. The location of the hotel is really good. The breakfast was okay.

Person at desk was not friendly. She wasn't rude to me but when I was at her desk and she received calls from guests, she would drop the phone after putting it on hold. She seemed bothered. We found a used bar of soap and shampoo/conditioner in our room

Only One staff who was young and pushed herself to meet our needs. The Iron was great.

Room not clean. Walls were dirty. Shower was dirty. ALL 4 pillows had yellow stains on them, not the pillow cases. had to ask for 4 more. Room not suitable for that type of money, and it was a suite!!!

great staff,very friendly,kids liked the pool...i thought too much chlorine.Breakfast was great,wonderful lady in the kitchen.Room looks just like the photo.

The cleaning staff for the rooms needs a refresher course.My room needed to be vacuumed,I clean for my job that's why i notice this. The walls are not sound efficient, we could hear people talking in the hall & next to us.

The rooms were beautiful and the staff were very helpful.

There was a splash of a dried beverage across the wall behind the tv no one bothered to clean.

The desk attendant was great, considering she was alone to handling everything on her own. However, I'm allergic to feathers and she couldn't tell me about the room's bedding. She had to call her manager who also didn't know. More training needed.

Not being able to anticipate the need to remove feather products from the room. And not knowing that the pillows and quilts actually didn't have feathers.

Hotel employee cheerfully helped when I called the day prior re room assignments for our family group requiring 4 rooms. She was able to place us near one another on the 4th floor. She provided plates and forks for a pizza party in the bkfst area that evening. WOW

The toilet in rm 423 was not anchored well to the floor- was tippy. Mold in the shower, poor caulking outside or shower door.
