Pros +

The house was very nice and roomy. We really enjoyed the hot tub and close proximity to the beach and mall.

Cons -

The house next door is boarded up. It is very close to the rental so it wasn't the most pleasant view from the hot tub and bedrooms. You can't tell in pictures so just be aware. I'd still stay again. No railings going into the house if someone needs them
