This is my favorite hotel chain. I always seek them out when needing a place to stay. This location i have nothing nice to aay

The yelling, screaming and slamming of doors throughout the WHOLE ENTIRE NIGHT

The hotel was modern and clean. The location was nice and close to the highway. It was pretty quiet. Best: streaming services like Netflix!! (Also Pandora and YouTube)

The breakfast was a big variety, but I didn?t care for the taste. The waffle was good.

They said they didn?t have a room for me when I checked in. There was a room but it was reserved for someone else .?.?so I had no where to sleep?? Also they ran out of pool towels, and couldn?t do more laundry? And apparently no one could do laundry.

Everything was excellent outside of the breakfast.

The breakfast was a disaster. Cups the size of shot glasses for juice and the juice tasted like almost 100% concentrate (undiluted), the ¿eggs¿ were really a weird texture, the sausage tasted strange and weird texture, extremely limited selection.

Although a few years old, still thought it was a new hotel. The room was very quite. Location was great - short walk to restaurants blocks away.

The hotel was overrun with volleyball players and their families so the breakfast staff could not keep up in the later hour of the breakfast. Reasonable issue.

Convenient to downtown Louisville and good value. Large room well lit and maintained comfortable temperature. B+ breakfast with many good choices. Very responsive staff - got slow bathroom sink fixed immediately. Good amenities. Comfortable beds.

Bathroom had garbage left from prior tenants. Otherwise good. Few places to eat within walking distance.

The location and free parking... just across the bridge from downtown Louisville. Room was clean well stocked and staff was friendly.

Spectacular location, Good Breakfast and staff were very good and helpful

Staff were awesome. Comfy bed. Well equipped and in good repair.

Room layout with pullout bed was a little small. Had to climb over sleeping kid to get to other side of bed. Wifi was complicated could not get it to work.

Location is close to a lot of restaurants and things to do. Easy to get to.

Nice, clean, and very spacious room. Great hot breakfast. Everything was great.

Perfect location for doing things downtown Jeffersonville. Great breakfast. Did not use pool or outdoor firepit but looked nice. Staff was great. Room was spacious and comfy bed. Easy and free parking.

Bed sheets very worn and mold on shower curtain but I let staff know and hope they address my complaints.

Location at the base of the pedestrian bridge and walking distance to restaurants was fantastic. The pool and hot tub were nice. Our room was large and had great amenities. Comfortable beds.

The heat/air in the room was awful. No way to choose heat or cool, so it alternated heating and A/C when it was cold outside. Person closest to vent was freezing when it blew A/C.

Room was not very clean. Toys on floor -not thoroughly swept. HORRIBLE COFFEE in room and breakfast bar! No closet or place to hang clothes. Not worth the price!!!

The location was great and the staff was very friendly. Facility was very clean.

The mattress for the bed was hard.

Their pool was OPEN! The staff was exceptionally friendly. The hotel had many resources available to use from games to blenders. The hotel is also right across the street from a revitalized area with beautiful walking bridge across the river.

It was clean and new. had a whole kitchen. I felt like I was in an apartment. Great location.
