The staff was excellent and very kind/ helpful, the hotel is right in the interstate but in a weird location but convenient.

Booked a room for 6 people (2 full beds and a sleeper sofa) we only had 2 towels and 4 pillows. Sheets an comforter were stained, the shower did not work properly and the A/C did not function properly. The "breakfast" was a joke! Not even a continental

Was in our price range, but you get what you pay for. Breakfast was offered.

Room air conditioner wasn't working properly. Was too drained from all day driving to see if we could get a different room. I have a feeling it wouldn't have mattered. For being a smoke free room, it smelled of cigarettes.

The breakfast was disappointing for a Comfort Suites. I understand the hotel didn't have very many rooms booked the Saturday but those who stay want options. The hotel is down the street from a closed up hotel with a fence around it. Rooms need updated.

Tolit didn't work couldn't get in the room at first I was with my wife sunday morning and the workers just walk in

Our room was clean

There is a lack of attention to cosmetic repairs needed in the rooms Etc. Everything we needed worked it needs attention. It is two hotels down from an abandoned motel very close by.

Absolutely nothing, very dirty, unkept, little tiny bugs on the cabinets, A/C doesn¿t go down but up, cabinets are chipped at the edges. People hanging around you hotel doors smoking and talking loudly with explicit vulgarity .

There¿s nothing I like about this hotel, I almost wanted a refund, but I was too tired to go on.

1st room placed in was molded and strong oder of it, changed into new room but they had guest smoking pot and when asked the front desk they stated they were aware of it but it stayed all night with issue, would definitely not recommend this hotel stay!

I was really tired from my trip and called them to let them know I was almost there, when i arrived they had my keys ready!! No paperwork was required so i just went straight to my room took a shower and went to sleep

I didn't get to stay but 10 min before I was wrongfully kicked out of the hotel. I will never get a room there again not will I use this site because your guys didn't even fight to get my money back.

The location is about the only thing that made this easy and convenient.

The room, hallway, and elevator was filthy! The window sill and curtains were black with grime and there was a funky smell that lingered in our clothing. The breakfast was simply awful. Terrible and will absolutely not stay here again.

Very much an average hotel. The cleanliness factor was not at a level I'm comfortable with. I had to ask for a vacuum due to the leftover crumbs from previous guest.

Dog friendly hotels are a mixed bag of cleanliness, this was VERY clean! Lovely helpful Management/Staff.

Good breakfast options. The staff member who check me in was helpful suggesting resturant recommendations.

It was not within walking distance of anything. The eggs were terrible and were cold. Other breakfast items were good.

I didn't like that there was no hot water, it was barely warm, stayed 2 nights and never had hot water while we were there, we had 5 people in the suite , In order to have a little more than warm bath heated water in ice bucket in microwave took 6 buckets
