Everything in the area closes by 9:00! Maybe 10 on weekends? Not the closest to Jeffersonville area.

Perfectly clean, great beds, well designed room layout, heater kicked in fast and warmed room to my liking fast. Breakfast room was clean and well designed. Food was good. Staffers were all polite and helpful.

Drastically understaffed!, sadly like so many others. A worker came in on her day off to help at breakfast. We could have ate and walked out without paying but we flagged her down and she got our bills. Then hotel deducted the fee as a courtesy¿ awesome

The room was very nice.

Check in was supposed to be at 3 and we couldn¿t get into the room until after 5 because they were short staffed. Then we were told to go have some dinner at their in house restaurant and the food was horrible and overpriced.

Room was clean and very modern. Also had restaurant on sight.

Getting into hotel off expressway, there was a round about ugh!

this hotel is brand new. The hotel is a little hard to find, the directions took us to exit 1 off of 65, when it is actually off 62, east of exit one, about 3 miles. once we put the address in in Maps, it took us right to the hotel. filed a correction wi

The bar ran out of bourbon and the restaurant ran out of coffee.

It was very clean. The location is great. We come because our daughter and grandchildren live in New Albany. Been do so for 10 years. First time we stayed here. Will do it again for sure.

Only complaint is the mistresses on both beds were very soft from use. Had defined low spots.

Easy access from interstate. Room was comfortable and clean.

They advertise rooms with breakfast included but don’t disclose type of breakfast. Meaning it’s sit down and serve by waitress(not continental style), which I didn’t have time for in the am before needing to get to job site. They also are suppose to give you a little card telling the waitress that I paid for breakfast. I didn’t find that out until I sat down to order. Also bar area is lacking.
