Room was clean and quiet.

I was charged a $150 deposit, something that has never happened to me at any hotel before. Ice maker and vending machine on my floor were out of order. Elevator was slooooow.

Breakfast was average at best. Pillows are too full. Too much light around blinds.

It was clean. Good breakfast. Pool was open but small. Staff friendly and caring.

The neighborhood is not the best, but the hotel has no control over that. We felt very safe in their environment.

The location was close to the highway I needed that, the room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and the shower worked ok.

The breakfast could have been hot. They took a extra $150 dollars from me,the told me that they need a card on file but tell me that me that they were taken money. I wasn't expecting that,so it kinda made my stay unpleasant cause I needed the money.

Location,cleanliness,staff was very friendly and professional.

Say they allow pets. Would not allow my SERVICE DOG. Made me leave. I¿m still fighting to get a refund.

The mattresses need to be replaced. Very uncomfortable. Be aware that they are taking a $150 hold/security deposit for 1 night due to others who have damaged property, and no hot breakfast, one more minor issue; there was an odd odor around inside.

The hotel was moderately clean. I used wipes because of Covid concerns and a lot of dirt came off of the phone, door handles, and tv remote. Seems clean otherwise.

The front desk staff was rude and unprofessional. At check in they were extremely slow, using it for “training.” Then they lied and said my card didn’t go through (which if had). They confessed later that they had lied to tack on an extra $35 pet fe

Convenient location to I-70. Friendly staff. Cleanliness and quality of room appropriate for star rating and price point and met expectations. Free breakfast typical for this level hotel and clean dining area. Microwave and fridge in room is nice.

No exercise room but does have indoor pool. No in-room safe.

The rooms

On the first floor room 121 it appears that the window was put in incorrectly so there is a gap between the window nd the wall. Cold air was coming through as well as the sound/ hum of the highway. The staff was able to accommodate put us in another room

Great location, wonderful room and amazing breakfast! You get your money's worth and then some. I think this hotel deserves more stars!

We were there the night before the indy 500 The management agreed to put out the breakfast early for the people going to the racetrack We really appreciated it as we needed to leave the motel before the scheduled breakfast time

Location. We live nearby and did not have enough bedrooms for all the kids at Christmas.

They honored my request not to be placed near the elevator

I was charged for two days and only stayed Friday night overnight. They told me only you can adjust that ,I checked out Saturday morning.

I loved the fresh smell when we walked into the room. I knew the bed would be great because I have stayed here before and we were tired. The staff was great also offering to help if we needed it. The free breakfast was good but I only wanted fruit.
