Hotel empolyee at the front desk made our stay incredible! She was very attentive and we always seen her actively out and cleaning up during her shift!

All of the lights were out when I arrived and it was dark, no one was around. There was a child who was on the computer. A woman finally showed up and said that she forgot to turn the lights on, the room was not as posted, i did not feel safe

The floor was wet. We were told to ask for a different room if we had an issue with the room. We stayed in it the first night and after that I asked if we could be moved. Was told they would let us know when a room became available, but it never did

The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor so bad that it made the floor extremely slippery. I am sure the water leaked through the wall into the hall

The check in was fast. The staff was very friendly. The bed was soft and comfortable.

The hotel felt unsafe. The first room I had, the door didn¿t properly fit the frame. You could see outside of the room. Also, the same room smelled of stale cigarettes. I then moved to another room that smelled of mildew.

They didn't have staff on hand to provide the hot breakfast we were expecting. Neither was the cleaning or maintenance on staff. The pool was not filtering properly and the surface of the water was gross, so my kids couldn't enjoy swimming

Our location for travel and very clean and comfortable, staff was very pleasant!

Staff was kind and courteous. Room was very clean. Disappointed with extremely lumpy mattress with visible hole. Felt like a futon. Breakfast was wonderful

The Manager was willing to accommodate my son's desire to hook up his Xbox to the t.v. in our room.

Very thin walls. We could hear the occupant in the next room while he was on the phone as if he were in our room.

Cleanness and newness of the hotel rooms.

It¿s not convenient for groceries and general shopping. Within walking distance of nothing! I mean nothing good like good foods and nice spots for shopping and for fun.

The staff were pleasant. The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable.

Covid took away the fun of having a nice breakfast. That part was lacking, however they tried.

Room, beddings, bathroom. There were ants in the room. I highly doubt they ever replaced anything in the room since the hotel was built

The front desk attendant that checked me in was knowledgeable and friendly. He was the only one at the desk for the entire day and he was extremely busy with a line of people in the lobby majority of our trip. He also fixed our toilet issues, poor thing.

The pool door was open for anyone to come in regardless of mandatory reservation. We reserved a room with this location because of the pool. We were told there was a max of 10 people so with our 8 we didn't expect another party of 8 without a reservation.

Modern, clean, friendly staff, close to highway !

The staff was helpful, the location was convenient with easy access to interstate. The free breakfast was better than expected with a good variety.

Great location and great price. Great neighborhood, restaurants and access to the city.

Seemed like everyone staying there was walking around smoking marijuana! The contact high was disgusting!

Nice hotel and excellent breakfast. Location is ideal for access to beltway, dinning, and shopping.

Maid was not respectful of 'do not disturb' sign and couldn't speak a word of English. NO hot tub and a busy pool with no respect for others. Overpriced for what you get.
