I hated everything about this hotel. It was disgusting. It smelled bad there were stains everywhere there’s bugs in the light fixtures.

Disgusting stains on the couches rooms were dirty. The whole hotel smelled bad. They said they’ll give me a refund and they never gave me a refund so I’m out the money and I didn’t even stay there.

Good location

Stains on the furniture. Didn't look clean. No water pressure in shower.

The housekeeping staff ladies were nice.

Our room had stained sheets and blankets, the window screen was broken, the outlets hardly worked, the bathroom toilet had pee stains around the base, and the bath wasn¿t the cleanest. When I made the desk staff aware of some of these issues his tone poor

Easy parking. Close to grocery.

Pool was cold. Pool room was freezing. Breakfast is not the greatest. Weird, hard eggs. Stale muffins. Juice was bitter.

The location

I have pictures and video! I was switched 3 times to different rooms! The first one had a cockroach in the pillow! The second had filthy stains! The third had blood stains and urine in the covers! And even they switched us to third room... they couldn't

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect and convenient to drive to the airport.

The sleeping couch was a little uncomfortable

There was an odor in the room the linens smelled like old toilet water and mildew it was horrible I felt like the bedding was not clean

Some things could use updating, but overall was fine for price and location.

There was a sofa, refrigerator, and microwave in the room. It was quiet with plenty of parking.

The breakfast was not very good and the staff was rude. The rooms are in need of renovation.

The young man that was inside of the dining hall when I went to get a cup of coffee it was the only good experience that I had in going to this hotel it was extremely overpriced for the type of room that it was in the amenities online lied over and over

This place was absolutely horrible I stayed in a hotel that was 10 times nicer and better options came with it for the kind of money you spent versus paying $--- a nite for your hotel and getting absolutely nothing that you advertised online about

Easy to get in and out of, room was spacious for our whole family, breakfast was good

It smelt like ravioli and weed, stains on the sheets and comforters, front desk clerk was "hiding" so it took 20 minutes to check in and only "found" her after I called the hotel from the front desk

Bed, pillows and bedding are awesome. Room is large yet cozy and very relaxing. Full choir of cable tv options. Gréât breakfast spread

Knob for jacuzzi tub was missing, but I fell asleep before I could take a bath

The staff is awesome from the front desk to the maintenance all greet you and seem to not only like their jobs but take pride. The room is both clean, comfortable and cozy. Great bed and pillows. Wonderful and full selection of tv channels. Good breakfast

The worst thing was not being able to extend my stay and didn¿t have time to enjoy the jacuzzi tub in my room

The room was below subpar. It was dirty, there was blood on the sheets and bath linen, the floor needed vacuuming, the tub was FILTHY, the couch in the room needs to go out for heavy trash pickup. It smelled really old and musty, urine around toilet.

Room Size

Cleanliness, Elevator out of service, Tub disgusting with chunks of wall missing where they tried a repair, TV kept malfunctioning and signs about being charged if any of their thin scratchy towels were missing

Quiet floor, blackout curtains were amazing, easy check in and out, hot breakfast options, pool was open, comfortable bed and pillows, room was adequately clean, mini fridge and microwave in room, separate sitting area.

Hot breakfast could be better but okay for the star rating, staff could be better dressed and greet at guest entry - even for late check ins, smelled neighbors smoking even though there was a smoking fee. office chair in room was tattered

Room was not clean. There was molded coffee left in the coffee pot. Mattress had stains on it. Management was not willing to upgrade our room despite the mess. We left this hotel and booked a much better one at Hilton.

Wires from ceiling hanging in front of room. Called room phone at midnight to say I didnt pay but did. Front desk didnt answer when called next day, had to go down. Staff did two quick knocks and opened room door 10mins before check out.
