Dirty , missing fixtures in room

I booked the room due to working in the area. But as I was leaving the jobsite I was in an auto accident. And I did not even get to check into the room

the room's smelled bad, they were never cleaned there were Roaches in the room's we took pictures of them and complained and they still didnt clean the room's I am very upset about those rooms being Filthy and I want a Refund.

Quietness and comfortable bed.

Stained carpet, broken lamp, poor television connection, side entry door was open always and accessible to anyone from the street, poor breakfast.

It was close to everything.

The hotel was super dirty and so was our room. It looked nothing like the pictures. The beds are super hard, the sink didn?t drain, the bathroom door wouldn?t shut. The breakfast was just pop tarts. Don?t stay here.

Quiet environment.

Stayed here 2 times in 2 weeks. Would have been perfect if not for the arrogant obnoxious man at the checkin desk.

The hotel was unclean and unsafe. The chain lock did not have a lock on it because it looked like it had been broken. There was a hole through the door.

Nothing but the location

Dirty, smelly, disgusting room and the entire property is the same

The first room had not been cleaned. My husband was moved to a different room. This room had a broken bolt lock. The lighting over the sink was not working. There was no lighting by the "desk".

It kept me from sleeping in my car.

Mold in the bathroom. Broken light fixtures. Stains in carpet. Tv service was terrible. Repairs needed.

The price was cheap. I ended up paying only $-- per night. If I had known how far away it was from the event I was attending and the quality, I would have went elsewhere.

It is in the seedy part of town. It was further away from Lucas Oil Stadium than expected. They do not daily clean the room. The lighting is horrible. It is very dark. I did not see it, but fellow travelers complained about bugs. The room smelled.

Location. If it was daylight when I arrived, I would not have entered the property.

The room was a nightmare! It was so dirty (carpet, walls, even towels) that I will never, ever stay there again! The WiFi was very slow.

Nothing special, just a reasonable place to sleep.

It smelled like weed pretty much everywhere except our actual room. The breakfast selection was not very good.

Did not get refunded like I was told. Theroom heater and window were beoke. Me and my husband were cold all night on our anniversary

Room was clean, fridge in room helpful, TV and shower worked fine, good location. Hotel was quiet at night. I could park near my room. staff at Saturday breakfast, was helpful. Breakfast minimal but better than nothing.

No drinking cup or glass in room. Poor room maintenance--- hole in wall, burn hole in blanket. I don't like the $100 hold on my credit card--- you don't trust me even though I leave the room as good as I found it.

The roaches the yellow stain sheets and towels the tv doesn't barely work honestly these rooms should not cot what they cost this establishment needs a total remodel. Very bad will not recommend this hotel to no one.
