    Pros +

    • Location was easy to find
    • Was quiet
    • Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Adequate breakfast. Close parking.

    Cons -

    • Television viewing selections are terrible, and there is a definite push to have NET FLICKS as an alternative as long as you have a member card...the basic offering left little alternatives.
    • our body wash was completely out in our room and only 1 of the elevators were working...and being on the 6th floor...we waited quite a bit for the elevator at different times.
    • Old, hotel under renovation, rooms were bad, bed was HORRIBLE... Hole in ceiling by window, A/C unit was inconsistent, breakfast was terrible.

    Was quiet

The ant infestation!! First thing in morning found ants all over the toilet seat- floor & mass of them behind the toilet!!! Had to kill ants then clean toilet before could use the bathroom Reported it & they just shrugged - no apology or compensation

Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Adequate breakfast. Close parking.

Terrible location that's confusing & hard to find. Too close to Interstate 70, rooms on the North side have loud traffic noise. Bathroom tiny. No microwave. One elevator not working. Breakfast not served until 7 AM. Keys had to be reprogramed.

The keystone area is convenient to the expressway, shopping, and restaurants.

    Hotel was nice enjoyed it.

They need to replace some of there beds, last time I stayed bed was nice. This time bed was hard an uncomfortable.

Management did move my parents to another room when issues arised

Yes, everything was outdated. Plumbimg in the room was broken as well as the heater. You could hear the highway from outside. Ot also looked like there could have been mold growing in the bathroom.

    8Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 11-8-2021

    great selection at breakfast

The room smelled like pet urine. I wish pet-friendly hotels would designate non-pet rooms like they used to non-smoking. Luckily I was only in the room to sleep otherwise I would have asked to change rooms. I was just too tired to deal with it.

Location, price, large room big comfy beds , small refrigerator, coffee pot in room, large TV, plenty of lighting.

Could have used a deep cleaning in the room. Mostly cleaned on average surfaces touched. Move furniture to vacuum, scrub grout in bathroom flooring, toilet rim underneath seat.

This particular property always feels like they know you. It is so nice. They are extremely nice and accommodating. The location is one of the easiest parking/locations in the area. And the rooms/lobby are super clean.

I wish there were masks in public areas but that is just my preference.

    8Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 10-12-2021

The location is outstanding for interstate access and dining/shopping options.

the hotel was noisy from people partying to dogs barking and whining at all hours.

    8JanayPosted on: 9-30-2021

Staff was very pleasant and accommodating. They took extra time to make sure I was comfortable.

The bathroom is really small. The door to toilet distance is barely missed.

    4Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 9-28-2021

The hotel room itself was nice and the staff were generally friendly.

Highway next to hotel was very loud. General noise volume of hotel guests was extremely loud. Room was NOT clean upon checking in AND credit card was charged daily $100 with no explanation or response from management

    4Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 8-31-2021

Great location with ample parking. Fairly good breakfast.

Room is very outdated. Animal urine stains all over the carpet. 720p tv from 1995, many minutes until hot water gets to shower, granite counter top broken in half (room 219). These rooms are in bad shape, the pillows and mattresses are 10 years old. 2 *s

    Location next to mall

Dingy appearing room, wet carpet next to radiator, depression in mattress

The hotel was updated and clean throughout. It is near what we needed and more.

Nicest worst hotel we've stayed in. The sheets smelled of heavy bleach(clean, right?) Air conditioner stopped working around 7:00p We were told nothing could be done until morning, not even a new room or fan. Made for a long stuffy & stinky sleepless night

    7SarahPosted on: 8-23-2021

Very clean hotel and convenient location off the highway and right behind the mall and restaurants.

We had a room facing the highway and the noise at night made it difficult to sleep. I had to turn up the air full blast for the white noise.

    3SusanPosted on: 8-3-2021

Night person was exceptional. Morning person wouldn't acknowledge existence. Other clerk spoke no English.

    needs updated

    6KenPosted on: 7-19-2021

The door to the closet was broken and didn't slide. The pool was closed. The hotel in general was looking it's age and needed a make over.
