The people at the front desk

The carpet was torn, had blue paper visible on top. The tile part of the floor was sticky, I made sure not to walk on it without shoes.

Location and front desk staff,

Room was unclean, floors sticky looked like blood on wall and ceiling. Breakfast was coffee, instant oatmeal and snack bars atrocious.

The room. No trash can, pull out bed had a blood stain about 1/3 of bed, sink would'nt drain, toilet has old pee stains.

Nothing it was not clean.

Bed linens were nasty, shower was nasty and then the water got cut off.

They refused to check us in at 1am. We had a flight delay and needed a place to stay. Very inconsiderate as we booked it an hour prior

Good value, friendly staff, clean room not in need of maintenance .

Noisey, screaming neighbors at 4am. Front desk was not aware of the hour-long scream fest. Too much detergent in laundry had over-powering smell. Advertising says ?breakfast?. Nope

Location and price are great.

The rooms have very poor sound protection. Breakfast is poor.

Strong marijuana smell throughout the hotel. Incredibly loud through the night. Night staff did very little, to nothing, to encourage decreased noise.

The staff was very nice and helpful

The first room we were given, the pull out and lamp were broken. The second room the shower did not work.

The Bed was itchy, My room had an odor to it from i¿m guessing another person¿s room? Walls are very thin. People ran above me all night (I was on the second floor). No Breakfast, Just granola bars and coffee. First floor hallway smelled like urine,

Couldn¿t use excercise room - no front staff avail during certain times, breakfast was not what I expected

The price, maybe?

The pull out was broken and could not be used. The bathroom door was broken, but they fixed it. The AC and fridge were so noisy it made it hard to sleep. The bathroom fan didn¿t work. The carpet was dirty. The whole building smell like marijuana.

I Been Here for About 2Months Now It Has Be Okay But Since I Been Here The People Above Me Jump Off The Bed And walls All Dang Night Like Are You SERIOUS?! Complained About It Twice And The Staff Said She Wasn't Addressing The Issue With A Call Anymore

I Don't Like How They Think I'm Not About To Speak Up About Money I Send Here Often So I May Be Able To Relax. Yeah I'm Looking At Them Sideways Now Cause Huh?!

Staff is what I always like best. They always have a smile on there face and try n help you the best way they know how weather they just started working there or have been there a long time. No matter Night shift, day shift, front desk, house keeping!!

No I love this hotel it's clean and like I already said the staff makes the hotel great!!!

The Location, It's Very Pet Friendly.. The Fact that It Felt Like Home Away From Home. Clean The Normal Come And Go Traffic.. My Stay Was Well Here

Bed not plush, no sheers on windows, shower could have better water pressure, bathroom needs better lighting

The best thing I can say is that the staff were really friendly, and they tried really, really hard. Kudos to them for trying to make the best of a bad hotel.

There was a stench when we arrived on the 2nd floor. We were moved to the 1st floor, but the floor in the room was sticky (gross). Found a mousetrap under the couch. The breakfast was sparse (barely even qualified). NOT a 2.5 star hotel. Please avoid.

The room feels like an apartment not a hotel.

The bed could be more plush, the windows should have sheets not just curtains and the bathroom needs either brighter lighting or a vanity mirror.
