The price

The hotel had no amenities that was expressed on their site. There was no utensils, dishes, or anything in the room on. No pool. No amenities at at all.

It was inexpensive

There was no breakfast provided despite being advertised on their website, there were no cooking or eating utensils provided in the kitchen, and the blanket on the bed was very thin, with no extra in the room.

The location and price

Extremely unfriendly front desk person, shaggy grounds, front entrance door ajar, strong smoke filled entry. Intimidating and unwelcoming

Nothing. No towels, no trash can to put trash in.

I had booked 2 room 1 being 5 months before the stay for 2 nights and 1 being for 1 night. The 2 nights was given away. Had to go next door and pay almost 3 times as much there. Then for the next room, the 1 night stay. There was one 1 towel for 2 people.

nothing in kitchen, no silverware, pans, plates, empty cupboards. The room floor still had lines from where the carpet glue had been. Water wasn't hot. 'breakfast' needs to be removed from amenities. instant oatmeal in a cup with hot water, coffee. :(

the first room they tried to give us someone was living in it. the carpets were sticky in the room we ended up with. and the blanket was as thin as the sheets.

Yes. The room smelled horribly. The halls smelled as well. Cleanliness was not good at all.

Had to walk stairs to get up to any of the rooms no towels in the rooms to start with shower curtain. Just wasn¿t an ice bucket couldn¿t find anything there didn¿t even have a sign where rooms were ice or anything like that just not at the park

We arrived around 5:30 pm to check in, and there were no employees to be found, no front desk clerk, no janitor, or maid. There were several other customers who were also waiting to get checked in and get their rooms, and they had been waiting an hour.

Lack of cleanliness, Safety; Had to carry luggage up stairway to room.

No elevator, bad neighborhood nearby, thin walls, some stains on furniture, partially broken furniture.

The stove didnt work,sofa bed very dingy and uncomfortable

Simple access, staff were helpful.

hotel was great until the last day when I noticed a ton of Bed bug bites. Three off the whole cleanliness rating for me.

The price.

Wasn't told about the $100 security deposit I had to pay at check in and wouldn't get back until the week after we checked out. There was 4 small/young children in the room next to us bouncing off the walls, screaming and running around. Complaint to staf

I sent a text to customer service and have not received a response dirty, filthy room. No air, unbreathable. Checked out immediately. Did not stay 5 minutes.

Location was convenient. Room size was good.

System was down at check in resulting in long delay to get room. Room was very dated, smelled musty. Furniture worn and tattered. Found empty liquor bottles behind both nightstands. Used towels and clothing were found under the bed. Mattress very old.

Makeup/ Food stain on pillowcase, lint in shower, wifi was out several hours, TV remote & portal not user friendly. Staff untrained , needed my guidance or other assistance. Togo breakfast out of stock. No Elevator

Girl working the front desk was very helpful n tried to do everything possible to accommodate our situation.

Not ADA compliant. Pull out couch/sleeper was broke n couldn't use it, so we asked for a refund. Hotel was kind of dirty n not what the pictures showed. Wouldn't stay here or recommend. Hotel next door was very accommodating.

Gréât location and room layout.

Bed & towels hard not as plush. Decor was lacking. 3fl no elevator. Doors & walls thin, heard neighbors too much. It was cleaner than expected. My key deactivated 2nd night at 5am and it took 1/2 for staff member to appear very disconcerting
