    Pros +

    • Location. I was there for the Fever game and to just walk across the street and being handicapped worked well. Also I love that they have the built in shower seat. I am an amputee and that really came in handi
    • Was quiet
    • The room was so comfortable and bright. I asked for a top floor. I was in town for a concert and it was a short 3 min walk! Would definitely stay here again. The breakfast was an added bonus.

    Cons -

    • Wouldn’t change a thing.
    • Just took awhile, overnight, to pick up the trash on the 5th floor hallway after we checked in
    • Parking was limited, but understandable considering the location

Clean room, big TV, friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel is in an excellent location... except for the fact that currently, summer weekend evenings in downtown Indianapolis have been overrun by hordes of teenagers, jumping on cars, running through the streets, and even firing guns.

    Clean and location

    Night desk staff not helpful

Overall great hotel, very nice room and location. Staff was super friendly

The location is excellent and breakfast was nice.

This isn?t their fault but they are renovating and it was difficult to find the front entrance.

    Great location

The room has a twin sized bed though we reserved a king size & the confirmation email indicated that. There was no hot water?a freezing cold shower on a cold winter morning was NOT pleasant. The hotel is under renovation. Wish I knew before booking!

This use to be the Best Hotel with great staff and use to do things TJ make your stay more pleasant. They use to text to ask about your room, etc. Nothing was asked not even how was your stay! I?m NEVER GOING BACK!

They didn?t ask about the stay, the shower didn?t work, the hot water wasn?t hot in the sink, the bathroom light ? died, the room was freezing with the heat on. Valet was awful. Just bad. They didn?t recognize I was a Hilton Honors Membet.

    Staff, breakfast, location

Carpets were old and filthy. No King room available that I paid for/reserved

    5StephaniePosted on: 10-19-2024

    The breakfast was good.

The only available parking is valet and it was $40 a night. There were no DND tags to hang on the doors and housekeeping walked into the room at 8:30 a.m. while we were still in bed. The halls and areas near the elevators were dirty.

    7LindseyPosted on: 10-6-2024

All of the staff we interacted with were very friendly and helpful, and the downtown location was very convenient. Although outdated, the room was very clean.

We booked a king bed room, but instead got a room with a queen and a fold out couch. Also, when we arrived there were two employees at the valet stand, but neither of them came outside to get the car, we had to bring the keys inside to them.

the room was very clean and the staff was very helpful

homless by the entrance. I didn't feel safe going out

Location was great right down town close enough to walk to everything. The beds were very comfortable. I was able to get a late checkout. The water pressure in the shower was fantastic. They serve a great breakfast on the second floor.

The carpets in the hallway were not just dirty, they were filthy. The room carpets were okay. But could have been cleaner. The lampshades were dated and dirty. Due to the location being right down town you are subject to hear the nightlife.

Free breakfast, very nice and helpful staff

It was incredibly loud outside late at night. All we heard was loud cars and music all hours of the night. Made it very hard to sleep.

    8CarolinaPosted on: 6-3-2024

The bed was not only a king but felt more like a California king and it was very comfortable not too soft not to firm. Breakfast was great plenty of options to choose from.

No parking provided only valet $40 a night. Also restroom exhaust fan was not working restroom got very steamy.

    Proximity to everything

I cut my leg on something sticking out from the bed frame. The desk took a picture of my leg and made a report.

Amazing location and wonderful front desk & breakfast staff. The hotel took great care of us while we celebrated my Mom's 60th birthday in Indy!
