Conveniently located near highway. Check in/check out was smooth.

The hotel was extremely overpriced. Hotel room was OK, but not as clean as I hoped. The hallways and elevators looked like they needed repair, and in some places, the repairs looked unfinished.

Could not get breakfast because everything was running out so quickly... The pool area VERY slick with no warning signs (saw a couple people fall) .. the pool room was EXTREMELY hot & the pool was like ice water so we didn't get to enjoy the pool either

I am not sure if the hotel is giving weekly or monthly rates but it seemed like several people were living there. The front entrance was clean but the backside and other entrances were filthy with several people constantly hanging around.

There were The first night the tv did not work, and the water did not get. The second night we informed the front desk that the water did not get hot and the front desk informed us that we have to allow the water to run 10-15 min before it will get hot.

Dirty towel bar of soap opened on sink Staff don?t enter my correct information and then told me it don?t matter , told me after I paid that the pool and hot tub were closed down

The hotel advertised a swimming pool and it was closed and no one told anyone about the pool being closed. Bad business.

The rooms and pillows were great. The breakfast each morning was better than at a restaurant and run by a very excellent woman. Location was great, right off the highway.

Could have used a pool. They used to have one, it's being used as storage now. After a long day out a soak in a hot tub or floating around in a pool is a nice way to relax.

Our comforter had burns in it from cigarettes. It was a non smoking room.

Coffee served all day

Website shows pool and hot tub, neither on site. Front desk refused to accommodate additional pillows, in-room phone didn¿t work. Would have paid maybe half of room charge for the service received. Will not be back.

Updated and clean.

Only problem is the pool was permanently closed.

Nice quiet and recently renovated

Most of the office staff barely spoke English and when I brought them maintenance issues I don't think I was understood! The toilet in rm 423 was so loose, the shower diverter didn't work properly and a light bulb was missing from the bedside lamp

The Indian guy answering the front desk phone. He hung up on me after he said he gave my room away. Now im waiting for a refund. Very unsatisfied with this place.

Only the bed

Customer service and billing. Instead of billing my deposit, they deducted my deposit. Said they released it, however, my bank says different. The desk attendant was shady in how he handled my Visa card. Instead of allowing me to swipe, he entered it.

The cleaner for the floor in the bathroom made it slippery and as a person with mobility issues it was dangerous.

Location....room size and bed and TV were all great.... waking up in the morning and having that GREAT hot breakfast was a treat and it was hosted by the most efficient and kind attendee as imaginable and deserves KUDOS and 5 stars.NO

Called ahead as did some research before staying here. Got there in person and there was a sign on the door saying the pool was permanently closed which I was not told at all despite my asking. There was also brown stuff on my comforter.

There was a fire there 3 months prior with windows blown out. Dirty lobby bathroom, shabby overall, lousy location. We left and booked elsewhere.

Very comfortable bed and pillows. I also loved that everything was clean and fresh. The breakfast was slightly better than the average free buffet breakfast.

The breakfast staff was friendly and helpful. Ease of getting to and from.

Upon checking in and getting into our room we find a sign saying room cleaning and linens would be every 3rd day. It ended up being every second day, but there was a day during our 4 day and night stay we would have liked to have fresh linens earlier.
