nothing. The front desk clerk laughed and started multiple arguments with me and my wife. I need a refund

Everything was bad

We waited 2 hours after checking in to only be told the system is down and we could not get a key to the room. We then had to wait 2 days for verification so our funds could be returned!!!!

The bed was comfortable

Breakfast was terrible not a lot of options and food was very bland.

Clean and friendly

Booked because it had an indoor pool, upon arrival the hotel was under major construction, pool closed. This should be noted online.

The 2 young women that were at the front desk. One on the day shift and one on the night shift. They were both friendly and very helpful.

The best was one of the most varied and delicious that I have ever had at a hotel.

Air conditioning in the room worked

Water wouldn?t get hot; staff wasn?t professional; WiFi was down and they didn?t have a backup plan so no one could check in for hours; it?s very run down and not worth the cost.

Said they were sold out of the room o had booked and paid in advance for, also the tv would not work

Hotel staff was pre occupied and not pleasant. Had I know the hotel was going to be under renovations I would have booked elsewhere.

That no one told us hotel was under renovation so we woke up earlier then needed because of drilling noises.

It was clean and location was great

I paid for a king room, However when we checked in we were told they didn¿t have any king beds available and put us in a room with a double bed. :(

Very clean.

The beds were hard. The TV and remote didn¿t work. There was no way you could sleep 5 people in the beds.

The staff was amazing but the hotel is going through a renovation that wasn¿t stated while booking. I booked a double bed was traveling with small kids. Got to the hotel to check in and the room wasn¿t available only a single bed rooms was available

Location near hospital

Tv did not work Heat had to be on 80 to feel Toilet to flush broken. Water coming thru walls to floor by the desk and closet. No manager ever available to talk to . Took out dirty towels but didn't leave clean ones. Staff didn't care

Bedding seemed clean and good location

Very worn out room, water bottles and other trash behind and under furniture, corners in bathroom floor were very filthy and gross, random hairs throughout the room. Hotel is being Remodeled so it's noisy and the elevators are a little scary.

Staff was friendly and welcoming.

Location is right next to a noisy interstate. The hotel was also undergoing a lot of construction that made things feel messy and subpar.

It's a good location, although a big highway construction process is next door, making it a challenge to drive in & out of parking lot. Price was very reasonable and breakfast had good varieties

Staff was busy on the there cellphones all the time. Like don't want to be bothered as you're asking them for charity, not to perform their job duties. It's a 4 story buildings and elevators were down Sunday afternoon to Monday morning.

The location to the malls is good.

This hotel is not up to the standards of a Hampton inn. The lobby was dark and dirty. The towels were dirty and felt like sandpaper. The room was not clean. The carpet was old and worn out. It smelled of marijuana.

Location excellent, plenty of parking, and price was reasonable compared to other available rooms. Room was clean and bathroom well laid out and stocked.

Wifi kicked us off every day, breakfast was undersized, pool ceiling tiles about to come down, beds very uncomfortable. Windows have no curtains other than blackout, so you either get darkness or fully open to the parking lot. Room was very dark.

The room was clean. The location was really good as I could get out of town without driving thru the city.

The hotel needs to be remodeled. It is dark and blah. The window covering made the room dark or light. There was no sheer curtain to give any privacy plus being on the ground floor people can easily see in.
