- What I liked most about this hotel was the staff. Very friendly and helpful.
- The manager in duty was pleasant.
- Front office was extremely rude. Older woman with gray hair I believe was the manager aggressive unpleasant sarcastic fascial impressions when simple questions were asked. So much so that we choose to leave and stay at another hotel for mini vaca vacation
Cons -
- Very rough people that stay at this hotel. I think with the cheap pricing it brings in a very rough crowd which is a shame because it is a very nice area. The room was clean but stunk of cigarette smoke but was super clean. Maybe ionizing room would help.
- The lobby did seem clean. The manager didn't have the disabled access room I reserved. I Am wheelchair bound. My husband must help me with toileting(adjust clothing) and without grab bars it is risky for both of us. Also, I need a roll-in shower.
- Advertised free breakfast but there wasn¿t anything but coffee
