Pillows were small and not normal size. Staff was not friendly at all.

The staff were very accommodating .

The room needed to be repainted. More hooks in bathroom and more hangars.

Staff were wonderful. Room was clean. Easy access into downtown.

The only issue we had was not being told at check-in that there was no running water. We found out after getting to our room. When I called down, they said they were aware. I get that things happen, but we should?ve been told at check-in.

Room was excellent. Appreciated the breakfast and the nice sized room it was in. Wish I'd had time to enjoy the pool. Denny's across the parking lot was very handy after a long day to come in and relax.

When waiting for a cab, more benches outside would be nice.

Not clean, outdated and not in a good area

The staff is nice and respectful. I love that the hotel is located within walking distance of a Denny's restaurant. The rooms are spacious and clean.

It is conveniently located next to a Denny's, so it was easy to get food. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast avaliable form 630am to 930am

The toilet was filthy, food left in fridge, and stain on sheets

Hot breakfast and good location. Staff was also nice.

The room door had lots of open cracks on bottom and edges. You could hear lots of noice and voices.

Rude staff the room smelled horrible and it was dirty it grossed me out big time I¿m never going there again I feel like I was catfished

Friendly Staff

The smell was horrific as well as the rooms were just barley clean.

Location, included breakfast, and staff.

Room was clean but the bath tub shower combo was dated.

The bed APPEARED to be clean. Proximity to Lucas Oil Stadium. That¿s all I¿ve got.

Carpet has been shot for some time. Previous leaks from room above has damaged room (no repairs evident other than painted over. Black mold in nearly every corner of bathroom. Room 113.

The staff were super friendly! Everyone spoke to us every time we saw anyone.

The room was clean as far as day to day cleaning, but overall the entire hotel needed a deep cleaning. There were stains on the carpets in the halls, marks/scuffs on the walls/doors, the windows all desperately need cleaning and the AC had dust bunnies.

It had an available room and was not far out of our way on our trip.

Room was dirty, (bed skirt,sheets filthy), random bar of used soap left in the shower. No garbage can in bathroom. Shower was broken and piece to adjust water was left on tub (my husband fixed it). Bugs in room and breakfast area. Would NEVER STAY AGAIN!

So, my wife and I went here for a weekend trip. For the price it exceeded my expectations! The staff was very nice, and room was nice. And overall just pleasant. I honestly can say that I'll be here for future trips because it hits the right value for me.

I wish the pool was open, but I think there was an issue that was beyond their control. Other than extremely minor issues, that frankly don't matter there was really nothing bad I can say about it.

The hotel was filthy, the pool wasn't open, they entered our room without permission and the customer service was terrible. They put us into a dirty room that wasn't ready.

location and staff were excellent.

I didn't realizze not all rooms did not have a sink. But it was not a deal breaker.
