(guy at the desk) was great. Computers was down but he got us our room.

Computers was down so it made it difficult for staff. The AC did not work. The room was about 86 degrees.

They were very helpful and accommodating.

There was no water and the jacuzzi and I was looking forward to using that.

Room was nice

In the middle of the night all the sudden suddened the heater started making loud noise and the heater went out. It was freezing and I called room service and they did nothing to fixed the situation.

The room was clean.

When we checked in, the staff was not friendly or helpful. No hellos or how can we help you. Just gave them my name and the first word was " I need a card to charge a 25.00 fee". then proceeded to charge 75.00 for the dog (which we did not know about).

Customer service was excellent. The employee at the front desk worked with us so we could stay in the same room even though I booked through two different systems.

Quiet. Spacious. Very friendly front desk clerk.

It's not the greatest area of the city. A bit run-down, but fine for a basic hotel, especially if you need a suite.

The man at the front desk told me they overbooked and I did not get the room I selected and paid for.

The room itself was perfect! I booked an additional night & didn’t want to leave. I loved how nice the staff were how clean the place was I really felt comfortable staying here.

Easy access and price was fair for the room.

I was disappointed in the breakfast. While there were many choices for breakfast, the hot food was mostly cold to warmish.

Good size room wonderful pool and hot tub. Breakfast was decent.

Water was freezing in the morning took about 10 minutes to warm up. Air conditioning unit was not working by the thermostat like stated but it let my adjust on the wall unit.

Roomy

We had ants in the room, once we reported this to the staff it was taken care of. The water pressure in the lavatory was poor. The shower head was problematic.

We were there for Junior Gold championships Very accommodating. Wish the Hot tub was working though.

clean room, comfortable bed.

Swimming pool area was a disaster. The water in the pool was in need of treatment. The jets in the hot tub did'nt work. I told the manager about the pool and she said her man treats the water daily. We went to swim in the afternoon and it was gross.

The rooms are extremely well laid out and spacious. Very clean rooms. Staff was very friendly. the complimentary breakfast was fantastic!
