Homewood Suites by Hilton Indianapolis - Keystone Crossing

Curtains were completely tattered, just seems overall worn out and run down. Lobby is nice.

The room was huge and was very clean.

I wouldn?t say this is a hotel, it?s a motel with nice rooms. I wasn?t expecting to have to drive around looking for my room. This more like an apartment complex they turned into a motel. The outside was kinda scary. Oh and the couch was like cardboard.

The breakfast is amazing. Loved the breakfast tacos.

The only thing I think this hotel needs is work on their concrete steps. They are in very bad shape.

The toilet had a leak. My grandkids and I were moved to another room and both blankets had stains. The shower head in the 2nd room was disgusting. The breakfast was not good either.

Large room like an apartment with a full kitchen. Happy hour in the afternoon with snacks. We were 15 minutes from the Vogue theater where we saw a concert, and there is a shopping center next door with lots of restaurants and an Orange Theory.

They could use more plugs and a USB USC port.

Suite with kitchenette. Great coffee at breakfast.

Most items at breakfast didn't stay warm in the warming dishes. Small selection of cold items.

Dirty covers on bed roaches in room knocking on door at 10:00 a.m. Manager didn't seem to care

The place was very clean, safe, friendly staff, amazing breakfast, and it was extremely close to everything we needed that weekend.

My water in room was cut off without being notified. Breakfast sausage didn't look done

The room wasn't that clean. There was lint and mouse poop on the pillow.

They are cutting corners with repairs and the whole place needs updating in all categories. The "no-smoking" room was a joke as cigarette smoke was almost unbearable coming from the bathroom exhaust portal. Smokers above the room and in the hallways.

The remote for the tv didn¿t work. The kitchen area was t clean. No one went over the counters or the fronts of the microwave or dishwasher. The table was unclean, the chair looked like it was unclean and needed to be replaced. I was going to complain,

But was unable to complain because the gal at the front was on the phone. The staff was warm and friendly! Very engaging. But the actual facility was NOT what I had remembered from my previous visit.

We like the idea of having a suite as opposed to a 2 bed hotel room. Comfortable beds and nice linens. Great breakfast and staff is friendly and accommodating.

We love staying here however the hotel could use some major mechanical updating. Electrical outlets don't always work. They've also had plumbing issues.

The hot breakfast

The bathtub area was gross. Long dark dried hair in the corners on the floor. Tub/shower faucet was gross. The spout was loose from the wall and the shower diverter did not work. For being associated with a Hilton and the price, it was not what I expected

Price was good and location

Room was alittle outdated rust and paint on door. Curtains in bathroom torn.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and having the kitchenette was a nice benefit, so we could bring in our cooler and use the refrigerator and freezer. Wonder variety of breakfast items and nice dishes to use.

There was no elevator to the upper floors. We don¿t mind stairs, but hauling up heavy luggage or a cooler was slow. We didn¿t request a change since we got such a great price.

The fact it offered breakfast

It had only feather pillows. They were extremely uncomfortable. I requested to see if they any other kind of pillow and they said they did not. Also I requested another bar of soap and they said someone would bring it to the room. That never happened.

We've been guests at this hotel many times. The location is great. The staff have always been friendly and courteous.

Clean, had doors separating rooms, nice for extended stay so everyone gets good rest

Not a complaint, but for awareness, this isn't your typical hotel so there are separate buildings. Can take you awhile to unload your car. Pool is much smaller than pictures.

Kitchenette was nice.

Hard to find- no big sign. No ice machine on the property. Had to go to front office and have them give us ice. Cigarette burns on blanket. NO USB PORT in room! Seriously!...it's 2022! Won't be coming back to a Homewood Suites!
