Clean, quiet, location. Lots of elevators.

Front Desk wasn't particularly friendly.

A restaurant with reasonable prices and very cordial servers.

The check in experience was painful. Had I known it would take as long as it did, I would have stayed elsewhere. The young woman seemed ill-prepared for the task, was by herself and could not communicate clearly.

The young Hispanic girl with the long dark straight hair I forgot her name she works mornings she’s amazing and remembered me from my last visit very welcoming I didn’t feel I was a bother

Kind of a sewage smell by the gym on 2nd floor

Had to call about my deposit for some reason I got charged $66 for some reason. All I did was sleep

It was a very nice atmosphere at the hotel

The room was very nice The only issue was it was way too close to the highway so the noise kept me and my wife up all night in the room we stayed in because it faced the highway better soundproofing material should have been used in building of the hotel

Clean, comfortable and modern facilities.

The night front desk attendant was very unhelpful and we were charged a random fee that we were told was accidental and should drop off, only after we enquired about it.

Nice clean place, great staff, good bar with lots of TVs.

The restaurant inside the hotel was a disappointment. You could not get any service. It only had one person working. Food was fine but overpriced for what you got.

Very clean and spacious room. It walls was great having a free shuttle to the airport!

Help with luggage did not arrive in time and I had to reschedule my shuttle! I got good help at check out!

Very close to the airport and very clean. The fitness area, while small, had a good variety of equipment.

Loved the modern look, the room was completely spotless, and so comfortable. Great showers and overall should be at least 3-4 stars. Very close to airport, but in an odd place off the main road.

Trying to get to it from the main road is tricky.

This is one of the cleanest and newest hotels I’ve stayed in recently. The Chicago Pizza and Tap Room was also a bonus for the great food we had there. Highly recommend if you need a place with free shuttle to the airport or fast access to the freeway.

This Hotel had so much potential, it was modern, new and clean.

When I woke up I noticed there was no power in the bathroom or the rest of the room. Called front desk and they said it was only affecting certain floors. So had to get ready for the day in a dark room..

The room and lobby were very nice and modern.

My bathroom was not clean. There was dirt on the bottom of the shower and on the walls. It had obviously not been cleaned. Luckily this was a one day trip so I just showered when I got home.

The staff was amazing and everything was very clean

I could hear the conversation of the man in the room next to me like he was sitting on my bed. Also, it was hard to sleep at all because the motor speedway outside went all night long and the windows provided absolutely no noise coverage. horrible.

Very nice , friendly staff, amazing beds, loved the shower. Will definitely go back. Bar had great calzones and local beers.

New facility - staff was excellent - they were u derstaffed in the restaurant, but the staff they did have nailed it and did sonfornthe whole room. Every table realized the situation and how hard everyone was working. Beautiful room and shower.
