Staff is very friendly.
Hotel needs maintenance and better housekeeping. Blackout shades were dirty and pull chain was broken. Painting in the bathroom wall was placed crooked and fell off after closing the shower door. TV was also installed crooked and it's wiring was dangling down all over the place. Shower was not the cleanest. Starbucks on premise is not a real one but a strange version of. Room was pitch dark upon entering and light switch is not by the entrance. AC heater was an all-night adjustment game.

Big spacious room, comfortable bed and very friendly and helpful staff. Free shuttle to/from the airport.
The rooms are a bit rundown. Faucet in bathroom was loose, flush lever was loose and some other smaller things. Easy stuff that is 100% detected with each cleaning, but apparently no one cares to remedied these things anyway. No breakfast available, only a Starbucks that closes at 11am.

The cleanliness of the room
The location is not an asset. The air condition in the room was in a bad shape. The breakfast was not good.
