Comfort Inn Indianapolis South

There was a rodent in our room in the middle of the night (approximately 4am). Heard another guest have the same complaint upon checkout. This leads me to believe the whole hotel is infested by mice.

They charged me the $100 deposit even thou no one smoked it was just the fact I smell like cigarettes and it permeates the room cause all over my clothes etc and everything smells like smoke so they just assumed it was smoked in!? Would like my $100?

They charged me $100 for nothing! Just because I smelled up the room a little?

I enjoyed the breakfast the most. Its the choices you wake up to for example: Waffles, biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, sausage, coffee, tea, juices just to name a few.

No the hotel was quite, clean and the shower was great. I could rest and be ready for my exam.

Smelling weed when I walked out my door someone asking me if I had weed or where I could buy it. I had ants in my room and mold in the bathroom.

Broken door,curtin would close,had deal with a outside light shining in the room all night, I've stay in hotels that were cheaper than this one that better all the around Would recommend this hotel to anyone

The rooms needed serious maintenance and updating. Floor was stained, walls and paint were peeling. The pool was down. The elevator didn¿t work. Breakfast was okay. On a very busy street so traffic noise was loud all night.

Good breakfast. Easy checking in and out. Room was comfortable

Location was convenient for my trip. The room was very clean.

I booked a king bed room. First they sent me to the wrong room. They then gave me a double queen bed room. Took me 2 trips to front desk to get the correct room. Room was very spacious and SPOTLESS! Unfortunately the mattress was hard and lumpy.

My husband took a nasty fall in the shower because there was no mat in the tub. The front desk said the health department had them removed because of the potential to hold germs. There were no grab bars so he grabbed the shower curtain to break his fal

No do not disturb sign in room.. Cleaning crew took food out of refrigerator..brought it up to lady @ desk & she said they were out of the signs & I got an apology

People drinking alcohol all night long in neighborhood rooms till 6:00 Am making a lot of noise that I can't even sleep

The room had fruit flies , the shower head off the hinge in the wall the tub stopper didn¿t work and close door fell off

The hotel needs an update, the breakfast was awful I¿m guessing in part due to Covid restrictions

The ac worked, coffee in the room, and there was a bed.

The ceiling plaster was missing, was too scared to shower but we only stayed one night

Sad place. The bathroom had a water leak at the toilet/wall that kept the bathroom floor wet. The mattresses had hair, skin and blood on them. The heating/ac unit was extremely dirty. The room had n extremely poor odor.

I liked the location of this hotel in proximity to interstate & restaurants/gas stations. Very convenient for tired travelers! And the staff was nice!

This hotel epitomizes the pictures being better than what is actually real. It was smoky smelling the staff were not dress professionally at all, they didn¿t even have a name tags or uniforms it was not anything like it was described.

Still offered breakfast as advertised on here, grab and go

Room key did not work the 2nd night I was there, front desk got me a new key, with no issues
