Amazing pool & hot tub. Every staff member is as nice as can be. The valet was quick. Housekeeping was phenomenal.

conditioner was empty, only one washcloth in the room, next to a closet or maintenance room that was accessed all through the night and it woke us up all night.

The staff was great, location, and lounge. The room was nice but really needs to be updated.

Please add vending machines or a small store - not being able to buy a drink other than through the restaurant or room service is ridiculous. I have stayed at plenty of 5 star hotels and this was the only time I have run into this.

This is definitely a first class hotel in a prime downtown location.

We would say the beds need an upgrade. There were no USB ports for charging in the room. The lamps had only electrical outlets in the base (that were so old/overused it was hard to keep the plug in) along with jacks for old style cat-5 cables! Cheap TP

The beds, the coffee with oat milk and almond milk offered in the lobby and the bath/body toiletries offered in the room.

The valet parking is $60 per day which is steep. They don't have a self park option so you have to go looking for a garage yourself. Also, if you come late at night, you better have a digital key because we buzzed the door so many times and no one came.

There was a lot i didnt like : 1) it is a VERY small room and TINY beds to be considered able to sleep 4. My children had to sleeep on the floor for adults to fit in the bed and we are not large people. 2) we did keyless check in and when we

The room decor is outdated. One robe for 2 people. Staff was friendly but not prompt like other 5 star hotels. No breakfast. We waited 45 to 50 minutes for the valet to find our car & bring it up. Overall an average experience. Definitely NOT 5 star.

i will not stay at this hotel again

Many things went wrong with this hotel during my trip but most concerning is a hold that is currently attached to my bank account for twice what i paid for the hotel. We checked out on 8/7/23. approximately $5000 is still pending release.

Beautiful hotel with high end service and amenities. Loved the artwork throughout the hotel and the sauna, steam room and hot tub that were included in our room rate. The room was spacious and the bathroom was very luxurious with a tub and shower.

I was disappointed by the lack of selection of pillows. Only feather pillows which give no support. Also the TV was not a smart TV, I expected high end electronics at that price point.

The location to everything was very convenient and the hotel lobby was beautiful.

The 10th floor had ripped and torn carpet, and also the floor was dirty. The bed sheets and bath towels were terribly stained which is never good.

Umbrellas available. Well stocked in room coffee supplies and glassware.

Samuel, the concierge was the best part of this hotel. He made it feel like a luxury experience all by himself. I also don¿t often give valet a review but they were really great. Quick and efficient - but the $--- overnight guest price is a bit much.

My entree took OVER AN HOUR at the Capital Grille after I got my salad, totally unacceptable, your kitchen should never be THAT slammed. I was solo too. My massage was at the spa was about a 5/10. Not worth it. My room smelled STRONG like men¿s cologne.

Because of the pandemic, the concierge is not there.

Cleanliness

Bathroom tv didn¿t function properly and shower head leaked water from the top connector. The very first time I stayed here was exceptional (pre pandemic). The concierge exceeded all my needs (limo, vip services).

Everything. Fantastic location. The people are great. We didn't try the restaurant this time. But did spend some time at Tastings. Great little wine and liquor bar. Highly, highly recommend. You will not be disappointed.
