Homewood Suites by Hilton Indianapolis-Downtown

This hotel location was great for going to the Basketball Game.

The Front Desk staff and Valet staff were very rude.The bed was unbelievably uncomfortable and sliding off the broken frame, every move I made there was loud creeking noises. When we got to the room after checkin- there was feces in the toilet.

The room was great

The parking situation. I didn’t realize there wasn’t an area for parking and the only two ways were to find an overnight garage or to do valet.

Great location, very clean, and staff was super friendly and helpful! Will stay here again if we ever come back to Indianapolis!

The location was awesome and it was a perfect room setup for a family of 4.

If you prepay, just double check they don?t try to charge you the full balance. The manager was able to come and adjust accordingly.

This was our second time staying at the hotel and we had another great experience. The staff were friendly, valet service was quick and professional. But the highlight was the chicken carnitas and condiment bar for breakfast!

The hotel didn't mention that the police shut down the block on Friday and Saturday nights after 10:30. It was a nightmare trying to get back to the hotel and valet park.

Character and history of building and rooms.

Breakfast was not great and although generally the hotel was extremely quiet, one night the music venue next door had drumming that reverberated throughout our room until 2:30 am!

The location was the best for us Football and Basketball games where with in waling distance. Shopping/food again walking distance. The valet and security people where very helpful. We will be back!!

Location to Gainbridge

The sliding door to the bathroom was HEAVY and didn¿t roll easily. We could barely get it closed. Need a handle on the inside to help.

Close to where we like to go downtown

Gave us the wrong room and would not correct it when shown my booking confirmation. Neither phone worked in the room. Toilet seat was about to fall off and the faucet in the bathroom was very loose. Was brushed off by hotel staff when I raised my concerns

The hotel lacked cleanliness as well as a professional staff. They not only seemed understaffed, but they were unprofessional and rude.

The hotel suite was really big and spacious for our family. The location was near everything.

The rooms and hallways had a weird smell and the pool was dirty which was a big upset as that's the only filter I use when searching for hotels our kids weren't able to use this amenities which is most important.

The room was very nice and large. Great breakfast.

Located on a street with a lot of bars. I didn't like walking to the hotel from the parking garage with my young children at night. During the day the clubs were closed and no problem.

The location of Homewood Suites downtown is great! We were able to get to all of our activities with a short ten minute (or less) walk. The hotel was clean and the staff was pleasant and helpful!
