I did not like there was no pool. Also room service was knocking on my door at 9:45AM and i was to check out at 11. Room service could of waited until check out time to come clean.

Convenient features in the room: Extra shelving for bathroom supplies, numerous outlets next to bed, hooks in room for hanging clothes, spacious walk in shower, large bedside tables.

Rooms were to be cleaned with fresh towels every other day. On day 2 of our 3 day stay no one checked the room: we had no clean towels, conditioner dispenser in the shower was empty and trash was overflowing. No one was able to bring up towels late.

Clean, had that new smell. Staff took the time to talk with us, getting to know us and asking several times if they could direct us to places to eat or things to see in the area.

New, clean, I love that the rooms do not have carpet. I loved that they provide cards and board games in their lobby area. I love the complimentary breakfast and all day complimentary coffee that's available.

I enjoyed this hotel. Would be nice if they had an outdoor seating area such as a deck or patio with lights to enjoy. I requested disinfecting wipes to wipe down my room upon check-in and they were unavailable :( I wish it wasn't pet friendly.

The room was clean. Liked the welcome screen with my name. It made it a personal experience.

Mildew in shower. Tissue boxes wasn't full. Window seals were dusty. Ac unit was LOUD.

The two women working the front desk were very polite an helpful was the same 2 when we went to check out same service as when checking in

Staff was very helpful and kind. Someone always at the desk. Modern and clean hotel. Comfortable large bed, big window in our room with a view of the civic center.

We disliked the breakfast, it was free but scarce at 7am, with cold eggs. The water pressure was quite low in the shower.

No refrigerator. No luggage stand. Not enough breakfast choices. Construction noises on Sat morning. Starting at 6 am. Alarm going off in one the nearby rooms. Since 5 am

Nice staff, nice room, decent breakfast.

No microwaves in room and coffee(s) & hot water that were in lobby area were not kept hot. Had to use the 1 microwave you had in lobby area to heat the water.
