A 3-star hotel with a laminated list in the room of each item and what it would cost if it were stolen - Really? Towels were like sandpaper. Breakfast was in a styrofoam container, and consisted of fruit, yogurt, pacakged mini-muffins and a granola bar.

Very dirty, broken windows, dirty floors, and the tub was disgusting ?The carpet had food stains from previous guests. There was questionable stains everywhere. It was definitely overpriced. The motel 6 would?ve been cleaner.

Leaving

The gentleman that checked us in didn't even tell us where the elevator was. The tub was disgusting, lamp shades dirty and stained. One lamp the switch was broken. Electrical outlet behind nightstand wasn't functional. Next morning roaches in bathroom.

Nothing it was very very dirty

It was dirty I had to change my room like 3 times

Nothing! Looked like it should be torn down. Windows were painted over place was a train wreck

No heat in the room! Desk clerks English was almost nonexistent. Took a hundred-dollar deposit and said 3 business days to get back. Hallways smelled like weed. Bed Comforters were stuffed in drawers with left over clothes.

There was no air conditioning, dirty fridge, dirty bathroom with stains everywhere. Windows were thin and cracked, people were smoking in the hotel. The towels were dingy and they tried to charge me for the stains on them. Horrible customer service.

Fit My budget

No cold water. Roaches, half of the channels didn't work and the other ones didn't have any volume

Bed setting, enough towels, clean place

That it was easy to get to and from Lucas Oil Stadium. That was our reason for the trip.

Could be cleaner but they are also going through a remodel so maybe future stays would be better. It was good for what we needed for 2 nights.

One of the worst hotel I stayed at It doesn?t show as like pictures. Found syringes in bathroom.

Police drama in parking lot , smells in elevator, hotel needing repairs spotted, shower fixtures loose, etc

The room smell like cigarettes, l found bed bug and took a picture of it and show to the staff including the blood on the sheet bitten by the bug. The carpet is very dirty.

That I at least got a room

Over booked, got downgraded to a smaller room with no TV or internet and still paid full price

It was clean. Looked great inside as if they'd just remodeled but weren't finished. Staff were nice but didn't try hard to accommodate us when there were issues on their end.

Didn't give our family adjoining rooms because key card wouldn't work and they were tired of trying. A/C on our floor was out and they didn't bother calling a technician even though it was busy eclipse time. Hotel is nice but customer service sucks.
