Hampton Inn and Suites by Hilton Indianapolis West Speedway

Cleanliness and modern rooms; no dust, no mold in shower. Also liked the convenience of having microwave and fridge in three room, with the option to go to lobby for a warm breakfast.

I waited @ 20 minutes to checkout/checkin, as an elderly person needed detailed assistance with making reservations. Another person came 5-10 minutes after me. When it was my turn, I was asked if it was ok if they checked in the guy behind me. I left.

We canceled reservation and requested a partial refund. We did not stay here.

It was falsely advertised, and in a terribly unsafe neighborhood, the fencing behind the facility was completely broken down and falling to the ground

It's very clean but the bed was way to firm for us.

The elevators broke down and the pool was too small and too cold

My reservation that I paid for was not honored by the hotel.

I paid for a king bed, but there were none available when we checked in. We were given 2 queens instead (which was fine). I requested a partial refund but was denied by host. This tells me that booking with booking.com is unreliable and/or the hotel didn’t honor the booking.

The staff was friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean and showed no wear.

Looked brand new! Clean, comfortable, easy access, and overall the best Hampton Inn I’ve visited!

Front desk staff was very friendly! I asked for a room with an accessible bathroom. It was exactly what I needed. The bathroom was spacious as well as the rest of the hotel room. I appreciated all the USB ports. The automatic drapes was an interesting touch. The housekeeping staff left us 4 towels. I appreciate not having to ask for more towels. And the clock on the night stand actually worked and was accurate. The location was ideal for where we were going. It was less than 15 minutes to the event we were attending.

The weather! Rain, rain, which then froze overnight and made the parking lot slippery. Certainly not the fault of anyone working at the hotel.

Enjoyed our stay, large mobility room (not requested). Clean and comfortable. Just down the road from the speedway, eating close by. Staff was great and very hospitable.

Perhaps quicker room service given they only clean every other day, by Noon we had not had the room serviced.

The facility and MOST of the dtaff night said she was reading so she didnt qant to help. Rude as if i was interupting her.
