The TV didn’t work. The carpets were filthy in the hallway and in the room.

Easy access not far from hwy exit simplified getting to this broken-down hotel. Soundproofing of windows and walls helped buffer our room from the noise of the truck stop wash biz immediately adjacent to the premises. And the ice machine worked.

Where to start? Grubby maintenance, including debris in common areas that remained the following day, a w/ holes in the walls where the TV & decorative items once hung. Spacious room lacked loveseat, table etc. typical of a normal Q Inn. Lousy B'fast.

Roaches, sheets had burn holes in it. Burn marks on tub stains on walls one wash cloth ask for another one they said they do have anymore

It was very dirty , awful smell. Disgusting bathroom couldn’t even use it.

The hotel wasn't bad but theirbwas a employee Welch whom assumed some false judgements and because of that reason I did not extend my stay he might been having a bad day

The hotel was dirty overall there was nasty rust and mold in the bathroom the place wanted a deposit I went to extend my trip an extra day and they wanted another 100 in deposit so never again and I?ll tell everyone they are nasty and customer service sux

That I didn't end up staying there.

I called from the airport to get directions. The man who answered the phone told me they had no rooms. I said I had a reservation. His response: "I don't care, the maid left early and I don't have any clean rooms." Then he hung up.

The manager, Zack was rude and condescending had absolutely no conflict resolution skills and consequently it reflected in his staff

Door latch wouldn't work right, bathroom light didn't work, no hair dryer, near a strip club.

The hotel is hard to find. When you walk in all I smelled was Marijuana. Not really very welcoming. Room was average. There was paint splatters all over in the bathroom.

I arrived st the hotel at 8AM to confirm my room, the staff in the AM confirmed all was good. I show up at 10pm to check in and was advised that don't have a room. It had been re-sold 2 hours prior to my arrival. No apology!

Our room smelled like cigarette smoke. The bedspread had cigarette burn holes in it. There was duct tape along the window sill. It was just disgusting. We paid $---- for one night and they couldn?t refund us any money or provide us with a different room.

The room I first went into had spots all around the sheets and the second they moved me into was also had spots on the sheets and the beds was broken¿ I Very uncomfortable and not happy about my experience¿ It was my birthday weekend ¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿

The room was dirty, the door had been scratched up by an animal, the TV did not work, there was no plug in the bathtub, sheets had stains I booked two nights but only stayed one because of how dirty the place seemed

Very convenient location just off the highway. Warm, friendly staff welcomed me and gave me some great ideas about the area, and then remembered me later. Breakfast was hot, plentiful, and delicious and staff were on hand to refill as needed.

My room was set into a hill and seemed slightly damp.

The breakfast provided in the morning made it cheaper and easier for what I was in town for.

No actual trashcan in the room, just a small can looking thing in the bathroom, bathtub could have been cleaned better.

Toilet leaked their fix was to wrap a towel around the base. Mold on the telephone ear piece and the receiver. There was a buildup of something under the rim of the toilet.The manager wouldn¿t come out of his office and talk to us. Stay away from this h

The staff was very nice and helpful

The location was less than desired but better than some of the comments. The room was not in the best of conditions. Patch repairs were not finished, bath tub drain had no screen, poor water pressure.
