Elevator slow, hallways nasty, room smelled like cigarettes and it was dead roaches under sink cabinet

The hotel was clean. Staff was ok, but not really friendly.

I booked 2 room. After the 1st night, my friend found a roach in her room.

The staff are rude and unhelpful the little things that were missing like knobs for the stove the carpet was coming up we kept stepping on the strips the washer broke mid wash clothes were soaked and no one tried to help I lost $--- trying to extend

No ice bucket in room. Leather chair was in bad shape with the leather peeling of the chair

I booked and prepaid my reservation for a king suite with living room for 3 ppl. Upon checkin I was told our room was given to another party and the only room available was a standard queen bed with no living room, no suite!

We were forced to take the room they had left or not get a room. I was told we would receive a refund but the manager was not there and if I called him he would issue the refund. I called 5 times and no answer and no return call. I never received a refund

Staff was great; helpful and friendly. Facility was very nice. I liked having the kitchen and being able to bring my dog there. Inside, the hotel was kept very clean. Also, the location was great, with many amenities nearby.

Partly due to the location but also partly to inconsiderate and sloppy guests there was a lot of litter left in the parking area and in the front of the hotel. There was supposed to be no smoking in the hotel but many guests were smoking in the rooms.

Problem checking in . I didn't have the card i reserved the room on, they said my card was denied. Room heater was not working, No one answered the front desk phone. went down finally the guy came to the front desk and fixed the heater. Very disappointed

Nothing after fighting roaches all night

We were there because my husband was having surgery at one of the area hospital the following morning. We had no choice but to stay. We reported roaches all management had to say was I¿m sorry. The stay was very unpleasant. Or

The lady at the front desk was really rude. She didn't want to assist us in nothing we needed. She didn't want to accommodate our room due to that they made a mistake and gave us the wrong room.

Good price, clean and very nice room. No complaints.

Room was clean, front desk people were great. Appliances ran quietly. Plus, it was next to a Culver's!

There were stains of some sort on one of the chairs, and the thermostat for the heat/cool didn't work, but the room temp was fine.

It was just okay.

It can use a face-lift, outdated, bathroom floors were not very clean. Could use a better coffee maker.

The microwave and the coffee maker did not work. Also there was no bath gel or conditioner in the dispensers. This hotel could use some updates and I hope they make these changes in the future.

Staff, upon checking in this was my first time at this hotel and he treated me like a number¿didn¿t fully explain some stuff and simply was very poor

Poorly maintained and not clean. Staff had poor customer service skills and no knowledge on how to use computer system.

The manager was very rude non Profesional and even took my money and canceled my reservation I would never go to that hotel ever again

The hotel itself was very nice. The rooms and facilities were very clean and comfortable. The staff were great.

I was concerned about the parking situation.The parking lot in front was small and shared most of the space with a somewhat suspect hotel.The other hotel did not seem nice or safe, in my opinion.As a lone person, I was concerned about the safety of my car

Hotel employee was pleasant, her customer service was the best part of the experience.

The hotel room wreaked of marijuana and the comforter had lint balls on it.
