It close to everything,all my business ventures.. where 12 minutes away from my hotel.. I was so pleased with that

The fact that my sheets and comforter, were not up to par.. they dingy.. and that was my only hiccup that I experienced. And the front desk got taken care of immediately so I had an amazing stay.! and I will be back

We had a nice big room and the hotel staff we encountered were all awesome.

NO idea there were major renovations being done right outside our room¿s door. The room was very dusty from all the tile being pulled up in the hallway. We couldn¿t use the pool or fitness room because of this also.

The Sunday afternoon desk rep, Steven I believe, was very receptive to my needs and brought towels and emptied the trash when my request for room cleaning did not happen.

I requested room cleaning and it didn¿t happen. I also called down for an iron (mine wasn¿t working) and the Sunday morning desk rep said, ¿I¿ll bring one up in just a second.¿ When she didn¿t show, I went downstairs to an EMPTY LOBBY to get one.

The staff was friendly and it was fairly close to our actual destination but that¿s about it.

Pool area was filthy, bandaids, hair, snot on the ground. Hot tub was dirty. Shower head in room clogged. Deadbolt on our front didn¿t lock properly. For the price of that room breakfast should have been included. Hallway smelled strongly of marijuana.

Everything was super clean. It smelled clean. People/Staff was very nice.

Just wish it had said when booking the hotel they take a $20 deposit on your card and you get it back in 2-5 days. I was embarrassed because I had taken all my money off my cards. All I had was some cash.

The location is good, not far from where we needed to be. The servers in the a.m. meal were excellent. The desk staff as well.

I was a bit surprised at the poor condition of the carpet in the common areas, stained and stretched out. No coffee or water available during the day in the lobby.

The room had a sticker on the door saying cleaned and sanitized, but had popcorn on the floor and in one of the beds.The assistant manager on duty moved us to a new room.He stated he would adjust our rate but he did not until he was called

Black mold growing in bathtub, elevator outdated: electrical cords showing/panel loose, people smoking in front of entrance, smoky smell throughout the hotel.

Request a bathroom with a tub got a shower so we moved to a room with a tub then my son went to take a bath no plug for the tub. Went to front fest to request a stopper the front desk said they’d get back to me no phone call no stopper to nothing .

Room was clean and the staff was friendly. No complaints whatsoever

Continental breakfast wasn't included and not a whole lot close to the hotel for decent food. Other than that it only took 20 mins to get to and from downtown Indy.

I loved how quiet it was, regardless of the fact that there were several people there. Plus, housekeeping went above and beyond cleaning my room each day. They always restocked everything. I love not having to request additional items.

Just the location. It was close to where I had my training, but don't care for round-abouts, so it was a little confusing as to how to get to certain places.

Hotel was good, staff was very friendly. Hotel room reeked of men's colon as is if someone was trying to mask odor. The morning after out stay the bathroom smelt as if someone had smoked cigarettes in there. There was no bathroom fan.

Bathroom smelt like cigarette and room smelt like someone tried to cover up room smell with men's colon.

Beautiful lobby, nice pool and hot tub. Room was clean and had refrigerator and microwave.

Mattresses were some kind of dial for softness brand and were not comfortable at all. I had a hard time sleeping the first night.

They forgot to clean our room in between (we added a night) but more than made up for it!

Great location! Right off of I-65 & I-465. Located in a nice, quiet business park. Very friendly staff, good Wi-Fi and a nice, relaxing pool and hot tub.

Communication for the breakfast. Desk said one thing. After getting the one trip they wanted to charge a different price.

at 3:30pm our room was still occupied,waited 1 1/2 hours till it could be cleaned in bathroom, tile busted, ceiling coming down, shower bench coming off wall, bath matt still wet from previous peoplecould never find an ice machinefood wasn't very good

The hotel was beautiful - very elegant and well-maintained. Our room was clean and very comfortable. We stayed here for GenCon, and got what we were looking for - an affordable, convenient, clean weekend's stay.

No real complaints to speak of. The continental breakfast was okay, but nothing spectacular.

The sink backed so was a little annoying other than that it was a good stay.
