    Pros +

    • Room was very comfortable, staff were polite and helpful, and location couldn't be better.
    • cleanliness, the staff, size of the room, enjoyed the rooftop bar
    • The style. Rooms were amazing

    Cons -

    • The bed was cobbled together, very low to floor and didn't have a fitted sheet on it. Very uncomfortable, hard to sleep
    • iPhone 16 charger stolen out of my room when it was cleaned.
    • Valet is pricey ($44/night). Save some money and park in the garage across the street. Depending on whether there's an event going on, it'll either be $10 or free.

Website states self park for $31. There is no where to park. So have to valet.

    10Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 9-27-2023

The cleanliness and the ambitious staff to help in any way for a comfortable stay

The only thing I could complain about but I¿m not is the location across the street from the bus station. There is a lot of activity coming from there.

The location is perfect. Very short walk to the gainbridge fieldhouse and near many shops and restaurants.

I liked the room size, the bathrobes, and the downtown location.

Yes, my first room had bugs, possibly flees and I got bitten all over my legs and arms. I had to change rooms but for now I still have scabs from the bites. I did report it and they accomodated the move to another room. I was supposed to receive credit.

A real luxurious hotel, I¿ve been at 20 different hotels in Indianapolis, and this by far exceeded them all, the high quality materials this hotel was built with, real beautiful architecture and finishes, and the beautiful concrete coffer ceilings, wooof

The TV remote had bad buttons that were hard to press, yes that¿s how amazing it was that this is the only issue I can come up with!!

Our room was next to the bar on the 6th floor so we heard everything. Was hard to find parking Long wait to check in

The mediocre review is not based on the staff: THEY WE AMAZING. Location: awesome. Aesthetics of hotel are stunning. Loved the huge plants in the lobby.

Dried bloody handprint upon arrival in hotel room bathroom. Took video and addressed at checkout. Staff member was amazing and told me to tell them BEFORE leaving, sent video via email and was assured it would be addressed.

the hotel was really nice with a jazzy modern feel.

The room I reserved was not the room we got. It was so tiny with a hard kitchen chair. We notify the hotel manager and they moved us to a more comfortable room. However, a day later there was a foul smell in that room, so they moved us to another room, which was by the club on the top floor.

The room was spendid, spacious and elegant. The bathroom was a delight, with a great hot water shower and also spacious. The beds were super comfortable. On the 2nd floor the view was ok, but didn't really spend a lot of time looking out. The windows were great though.

Not much. Had some difficulty splitting the bill at the front desk that took extra time and had to fix later.

    6EricPosted on: 11-3-2025

    Not much

Traffic noise, multiple things were non functioning, windows cleanliness, roof top is a lot smaller than advertised, bar staff included gratuities without informing us.

We were coming for a game at Gainbridge so location was great and within walking distance of many restaurants and bars.

We were disappointed in the service in the rooftop bar. Expected huge tips for doing nothing. We were there two nights and were up there both nights as that was a main reason for choosing hotel.

    7jonPosted on: 7-7-2025

the windows at the hotel are very thin which made the rooms noisy from out side traffic, the hotel did provide ear plugs if you wanted to use them

I liked the location. I liked the overall decor of the hotel. It was modern and a little quirky, which I liked. Staff was friendly, especially Kate and Ruby.

The bedroom area was very small. We could not close the curtains because the ceilings were so high, and the drapes were directly behind the TV set. The refrigerator was so full of items for sale, that we had to take them out to put our drinks in. I booked this hotel mainly for the rooftop bar, and it was closed for a wedding reception. I don't know why we had a hallway in our room, but such a tiny sleep area. I kept bumping into tables and lampshades.

The staff and customer service, especially Cheri(?) in the dining room was amazing. My partner fell sick, so we ended up spending most of our time in the room instead of exploring the city as we planned. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND to assist with tea, hot water carafe, honey, lemon, etc. Something she may have thought was such an easy thing for her to do, yet it helped me take care of him in such a way that will always be remembered and appreciated.

The rooms were smaller than expected. I may not have paid enough attention to the size when looking at the pictures. But we loved the ambiance of the building and the rooftop bar. We had looked at The JW and for the same price would have had a 30th floor corner suite with the two room couch/tv and king bed situation. I’ve stayed at the JW many times before, so it’s a favorite, but I feel the price of Hotel Indy, only for the room size was a disappointment.
