Lovely room, quiet area and clean environment.

New and clean. The lobby is an old historic church that was gutted and remodeled. Great views.

Listing said on-site parking. It was going to be $45. I had employee parking a few blocks away so I just went there. Beware!

My hotel room floor was filthy. There were no towels or amenities. I called 3 times to get towels.

$35 a day parking fee is ridiculous! As much as I loved my stay, this charge would cause me to look elsewhere when returning to Indy in a few months.

The room had a great layout and great water pressure.

The parking garage is small and was difficult to get my truck parked.

The location was nice.

I attempted to check in at 4pm they told me my room was not ready yet but would call or text when it was available. I waited in the area as long as possible but had to leave for an event. I returned to the hotel at around 11:30pm to finally check in

the hotel was very nice..there cheap about handing out the shampoo bottle..3 of us and only gave one bottle of each shampoo and conditioner

the price of parking is just outrageous all around..

Beautiful rooms and public area, excellent staff, always greeted. Breakfast was good..

The pool was nice.

We had a problem with the toilet and their was no one to fix it. My son-in-law had to fix it . I ran into the maintenance man 3 hours later and he said he did not have a work order They ran out of food at breakfast and not replaced. No flatware to use.

The room was nice and clean

Paid for parking but very hard to find a spot, small garage. Very cold thru out the hotel, hallways, breakfast areas, etc. Pool is in bad location right by outside doors. It was cold outside so I understand that, but hallways and areas for relaxing and eating should be warmer.
