Scenic location on the canal with friendly staff.

Parking is pricey and there are not better options

Clean, good location

Thin walls, noisy hallway after 11 p.m., key machine not working, had to be walked to room. If left room we would have to find someone to take back up the elevator and into the room. Was told by valet a text would be sent, never received

Bed isn’t very comfortable and they don’t have all the breakfast options that they offered . Staff gave me an attitude when I asked for breakfast options that were missing smh

Limited breakfast options compared to what they offer on their website and some of the employees need to fix their attitudes. I will be choosing a different hotel with a buyer experience next time

Location, but self parking is expensive $42. Breakfast was pretty awesome with a lot of hot items.

Jacuzzi water looked brown, but I thought it was possibly due to the beige color of the jacuzzi floor. Water wasn’t very hot either.

The history of the structure and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The staff were amazing. They even helped celebrate my birthday. What a great way to save a historic building. Well Done!

Location

The parking was very expensive. It was half of the room rate. Had to use valet parking because there was not really a difference in price. We stay downtown all of the time and we have never paid that much.

$40 forced valet. How are people supposed to stay at your hotel if they aren?t driving? $37 to park if not using valet. Again how are you charging people to park, are we supposed to walk to your hotel?

Sofa bed mattress not comfy and most of common areas and hallways were freezing

It was nice you had breakfast on two floors because the one on the second floor was not very busy

The only problem we had was leaving the parking garage we could never get out because we have a lift on our vehicle so we had to call in every time we left for someone to come out and manually open it

I thought charging for parking was excessive. Especially since no Information in lobby about local attractions near the hotel

The hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The $75 late check out fee was absolutely ridiculous. I should not have to pay nearly half the cost of an extra to stay in the room for 2 more hours. It¿s quite obvious they did this as a cash grab with the marathon starting at 8. They knew 11 was early.

Nice charm to it, and right along the canal

Check in was lengthy. Probably need more people assisting the front desk around check in time. Also got charged a 50$ Deposit for damages when the room wasn¿t damaged in any way

Close to the canal. Clean spacious facilities. The renovation of the old church is a positive feature for me.

The window shades were hard to operate. There is a mechanical noise coming the all behind the television. The room needs more sound resistant windows. The sound of sirens were frequent until three am.

The floor was very dirty

The breakfast our room was nice clean but the pillows suck I have a condition where I sleep sitting up and the pillows wasn't good to me I didn't get any good sleep but overall great room.

The pillows wasn't great but that's it I enjoyed my stay and will come back with my own pillows.

Staff was super nice and helpful. Pool was warm.

Not pet friendly

The dog potty area wasn't suitable for use. I had to walk out of the property with a 10lb Boston Terrier, in a 2 degree weather, to take her potty.The room didn't have microwave.

Check in, location, breakfast and staff were great. We were there for the National FFA Convention and this was so much closer to the Convention Center and Lucas Oil than we have ever stayed before.
