    • Beautiful hotel however elevator was broken down and people were trapped in the elevator. Fire department was called to get them out. I was told to eat at the bar area while we waited for 2 hours. Then told elevator was still not operational.

    Cons -

    • Then we were given a room and it was not similar to the room we reserved. My Mom is 83 so we were not able to use the staircase as a option. Then was given points not a room for the future.
    • A pipe broke no working shower and was given a free breakfast coupon to compensate Breakfast was coldand not good. This hotel was listed as a 4star hotel, not even close.
    • They did not have a 2 queen room that I paid extra for, room was in poor condition. Could hear every noise through windows, no room darkening shades, beat up room.

Location to ICC and the Lucas Oil Stadium

The room had scratched and dated desks. The bathroom sink had a hole that they puttied over the damaged area. There was no microwave which is standard for a three star hotel and this one was rated a four star. The food service was atrocious and hostile.

    8Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 4-16-2024

The artwork throughout the hotel was fabulous!

The snacks in the area near the front desk are way overpriced! Go across street to the CVS. When we checked in, we weren¿t told you had to insert your room key card to get power in the room-great idea though! Awful views Parking garage was $40

The lobby, the art and the staff were all great.

The door too our room was broken on the front. We could tell it had been broken into before. I immediately felt unsafe. It was too late to go back downstairs and stand in line again, and we were exhausted from a long drive. We were unhappy with the door

    6Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 2-5-2023

The staff were extremely nice, and accommodating! I requested a microwave (which they officially don¿t provide) less than 20 minutes later somebody was knocking on my door with a microwave! They¿re very nice

The hotel lobby is nice and new, but the actual rooms have a older look than the average Holliday inn.. it¿s not a luxury hotel, water pressure was very weak and pillows weren¿t comfortable.

The decor was nice. That's about it.

The evening desk attendant was rude. The bartender was condescending. As much money this hotel cost they need friendlier staff. In the dead of winter they had their Skywalk closed so you had to talk down a dark alley to get from your car to the door.

    3MichellePosted on: 1-15-2019

The cleaning staff did not restock the coffee, shampoo or clean the room throughout the 3 night stay.

    7DrewPosted on: 1-9-2019

Room was cool. Nice decor comfy nice touchs. One of the nicer modern rooms I'have stayed in in a long time. The hotel is decorated with trendy modern art and the Italian restaurant adjacent is dynamite.

The noise level was too much street noise was excessive. Noisy neighbors partying at 2am made the walls feel paper thin. I cant fault the hotel for that but there could be more soundproofing.

Great staff, service and location, loved the amazing art selection! Outdoor patio off bar was beautiful. Convenient location off the Indy cultural trail.??. Comfortable beds and clean rooms!

    10Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 6-19-2018

There were two lights not working in the room. Also, sheets and blanket/comforter were not long enough, feet hung out end of covers while sleeping because of this.

    9Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 5-1-2018

The hotel was decorated very nicely - loved all of the art installations! Staff was very friendly and room was nice - especially loved the shower.

Good service at the bar stopped at 11pm - too early! Also parking was very expensive.

    10AshaPosted on: 4-30-2018

My daughter and I had the most enjoyable time during our stay. We used the valet service and room service for dinner. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful!

    Everything was great!

    10Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 2-27-2018

The hotel was very nice and clean.

The elevator was broken both Friday night and Saturday. We had to take the stairs both days.

    3EliPosted on: 12-18-2017

The location was good. Not too far walking distance to all of downtown.

    1. Thermostat in the room was nonoperational 2. There was spots of blood on the duvet cover 3. Sounds from adjacent rooms was easily heard (thin walls) 4. Room decor was cold an uninviting. 5. No fan in the bathroom 6. Shower leaked

    10StevePosted on: 9-6-2017

    Very Modern and handy location

Our room was a bit noisy as it was on the street side

    6KelliPosted on: 7-28-2017

A/C worked great. BED was so soft

STARTING AT 7 AM, HOUSEKEEPING WOKE US UP ABOUT EVERY 30 MINUTES TO CLEAN ROOM. I FINALLY HAD TO GET FIRM WITH HER TO GET HER TO STOP. I COMPLAINED BUT IT FELL ON DEAF EARS THAT REASON ALONE... I'll not go back there

    9Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 7-27-2017

The artsy style of the hotel was a refreshing change from basic hotels that all look the same. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly, greeting us each time we arrived back at the hotel. The mixology bar inside the hotel was a fun experience.

I was frustrated that housekeeping was knocking on the door at 8:30 am trying to turn our room. They returned again at 10:30am to try again. I'm not sure what the miscommunication was, but we hadn't checked out yet and that was quite an annoyance.

AMAZING.....atmosphere was great, service was great. Front desk was extremely helpful with ideas to eat, drink. Room was AMAZING! great view of the city, very clean, very quiet.

    NOTHING, hotel was INCREDIBLE!
