BEAUTIFUL... the history... the mahogany. Just stunning. We booked this very very last minute, but everyone was so accommodating, and we just loved our time there. Will be going back.
Valet parking was $40 per night but was convenient.

The lobby was beautiful and the location was perfect. The bartender was friendly and made our time in there enjoyable.
Our bathroom shower was not sufficient. The shower head was pathetic and trying to get the water hot was a joke. Our towel rack was broken off and sitting on the sink when we got there.

Turning on the lights in the room was a little difficult, going around from lamp to lamp and not having very good lighting even after turning the lamps on.
Close to Miami Heat arena and about 15 minute ride to Ocean Drive (depending on traffic).
It was very bland. Not as luxury as expected and the restaurant was very expensive for average tasting food.

Tired old musty smelling room.Cleanliness much to be desired. Room service dishes not removed. Bed made and towels removed, only cleaning service. Ironing board pad loose. Charged for breakfast I did not have, still waiting for "accounting" to fix.
The history and architecture were stunning. The staff was very accommodating. The rooms were very nice, clean and quite. Just as an FYI my mother and I are from Indiana not from Norwalk CT.

The room was very disappointing and there was little hot water. There was no internet connection at all. The front desk sent someone who said they have been having trouble and no Apple devices can connect. This was a work trip and caused difficulties.

Rooms were shabby and staff was rude. It also took 30 minutes to get my car from valet, which almost made me late to a show in Bloomington IN
The location couldn't have been better. Right in the Monument Circle with easy access to get anywhere.
The rooms were very outdated and had a bit of a musty smell. For as ornate as the lobby and sitting areas were, the rooms were quite basic, with bathrooms that seemed to be from the 1960s.

No heat in room - staff said "we haven't turned on heat for the building yet" - What?! Crazy. Wi-Fi iffy - had to move roooms due to No Wifi and No heat - No room service unless "member" of their club - no fitness room access. Restaurant only 4pm. Rrr
Location and common areas are awesome. The room is not up to 4star rating. Cheap furniture, dirty bathroom and the room was not made up after the first night stay.
