Tru by Hilton Indianapolis Downtown

It seemed to be newer & well kept in comparison to other Indianapolis hotels judging by reviews & word of mouth

The beds were hard & the breakfast options seemed strange.

The front desk staff was not very friendly or knowledgeable when we asked questions about the location of an event center (that was literally a block from the hotel). The coffee bar available 24 hours a day always had lukewarm coffee (never fresh).

The bed was extremely comfortable, and snack and beverage options in the lobby were great to have available.

The room was a little chilly, which made me wish we had robes. Also, we missed the continental breakfast because we didn't realize it ended so early (we're guessing 9:30 since we came down at 9:40 and saw it was being cleaned up).

This hotel was the perfect location for attending a Fever game and then driving to the Zoo. The front desk associate at our check in was so kind.

Everything was great!

Anytime my cell phone touched the room key it would disable it. I got locked out of my room and elevator 4x over the course of a 2 night stay.

Proximity to downtown, Convention Center. When we go to NFL game at Lucas Oil stadium, we will stay at Tru!

there were just little things: 1) no coffee maker in room 2) breakfast starts at 7 and 6 would have been better for us. that's it. that's pretty good!

the beds are too soft. The walk to downtown through the bridge is scary, there were homeless people in it.

Location is awesome for events at Lucas Oil Stadium. Staff was super friendly, rooms very nice as well.

coffee was tepid. Excessive noise in the next room over until around 2am. Called front desk. It did not appear that they did anything about it although they said they would.

No carpet in the room!! Carpet has always grossed me out The front desk staff was friendly and helpful

The heat/ac was noisy, it clicked loudly going on and off.

It was in a good location and had a parking garage attached to the hotel. I felt safe. The place looked clean and modern. Great breakfast.

The hotel is relatively new so it's very clean. The staff are all extremely nice and accommodating. The breakfast had a lot of options and everything was great!

Hotel is a 10 minute walk to the stadium. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel is very secure as you need your room key to access most of the hotel

Parking in the hotel's parkade is $30.00 a night.

The entire hotel crew were outstanding, Housekeeping, Kitchen breakfast staff, and the Front Desk Staff, FANTASTIC, including the Manager and the Front Desk Manager who managed to get me a Taxi to the Airport within 10 minutes of my departure from Hotel.

I am not a Breakfast person, and because of that I was really sorry to stay away from all the fantastic buffet that was offered every morning. It was so well displayed and so colorful...one of the best I have seen from all the hotels I have stayed.

Employee at the front counter went over and above to help me with anything i needed. The room was very clean and the beds were better then anticipated. Breakfast was very good

How close it was to Lucas, the staff, the room size. It was a great experience. We come to Indy 4-5 times a year and plan to stay here every time moving forward.

How hot the hallways and lobby were, breakfast wasn't our favorite, but it was free so we made it work.

The location is what I like the most but it seem like it had a bunch of youngsters possibly homeless people roaming around so I¿m sitting outside smoking cigarettes made it look a little trashy.

I had absolutely no face towels or towels to dry off with in the hotel the floor was dirty with other peoples hair on the floor it was obvious it hadn¿t been swept or mopped.
