Holiday Inn Express & Suites Indianapolis - East by IHG

This hotel exceeded my expectations. I was greeted at the front desk by staff who was so nice and hospitable. Room was big, beautiful and exceptionally clean.

No complaints.

The rooms have been upgraded recently with very nice electric operated room darkening blinds

Pool was under renovation supposedly . It has been that way for some time. The carpet in our room was dirty curtains were falling down ot needed a good cleaning

We were able to get in early but there was an extra like $20 charge like $19 and like 82 cents I don't know why it was never explained to me not a big deal I just kind of like to know so we were able to check in early so I did like that

There was absolutely no hot water for the amount of money I paid to stay at your hotel we took cold showers and I'm very very highly upset about that. My children had to take a COLD SHOWER. MY KIDS!!! UNFORGIVABLE

Spacious room, friendly receptionists.

The breakfast lady was rude. She refused to refill the trays toward the end of the service. If they say they serve until 10:00 am they should have enough food for the guests even at 9:59 am. However, they had a great selection.

Ant-like bugs were in the room and I had to be moved, elevator made a loud grinding noise whenever the doors opened and closed, sticky juice on the elevator floor wasn't cleaned up all day, hot breakfast one day wasn't ready for over an hour.

It was right off the highway

The elevators needs to be updated as well as the furniture in the rooms and refrigerators and the furniture in the dining area

Breakfast was good and the hotel was clean and in a good location.

Everything was clean and the sheets were so soft. The bed was comfortable. This hotel room must have been something in it's day. It was completely fine for a stay as we were just passing through. The breakfast was very good and had many choices.

Needs a bit of updating but very clean and sufficient for a one-night stay.

The hotel was part of the Holiday Inn Express Hotel and Suites which included a good breakfast. Parking was good, internet solid.

The hotel was dated and needed to be updated. The elevator floor was worn out. I would recommend new floors, wall covering, floor molding, new bathrooms, and new furniture.

Location, Room and Breakfast was good.

The day we were checking out the hotel did not have water. Both of us couldn't have a shower. The hotel staff said emergency shutoff but did not inform us until we called them. We couldn't use the Gym or the pool as both were closed during our stay.

Clean room and hotel. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast was excellent.

The pool was not available neither was the on-site laundry during this stay. Shower curtain did not completely do its job and the floor got wet every time you took a shower.

My experience with this hotel has been such a headache. Staff is rude. I asked for my room to be serviced the entire stay and it was serviced one day. I was charged $222.46 for I don¿t know what because they could not explain it to me.

Beds were comfy. Room was large.

Mold in bathroom and along windows. Listed with a pool but the pool is not in service.
