The welcoming staff . The hotel Is very clean and tidy with nice rooms . Staff members were wonderfully amazing . They are what makes a hotel experience five stars .

Room was clean and staff was friendly

The Springhill Suites front desk was not staffed, I had to use the Residence Inn?s front desk. Our room had a musty smell. The bathroom didn?t have an exhaust fan, so the shower?s hot/moist air filled the room. The TV was off centered & hard to watch.

Always have a good experience at spring hill properties and this one is no exception. Clean, good service and the rooms are great. Shout out to the breakfast attendant. She was super cheerful and helpful.

Two very small criticisms The sheets are scratchy and the TVs need to be tightened so they don¿t fall forward. The tv issue has happened in two suites I¿ve been in. Otherwise this hotel is really great.

Friendly staff, suite for less than the price of a regular room.

The coffee has been terrible all the times I¿ve been there. I make stronger coffee in my room with the packets and that¿s somewhat better but not really. You should invest in better coffee in both areas, rooms and breakfast area.

Very clean, new, great people who remember me because I've been staying here for the past few weeks/months. Free breakfast is a plus. Free parking and free Internet are definitely necessities.

I am boojie about the cleanliness of a hotel and it's rooms. This hotel looks brand new and it is currently five years old. We were very pleased! When we arrived the staff was super friendly.

If I had to "complain," the morning breakfast was great, but those scrambled eggs weren't good. It was those bla standard powdered eggs served at most hotels. I get it, gotta meet the demand of egg traffic. Lol!

The location was absolutely perfect especially since we booked late. The area put us close to everything needed for our visit and included nice restaurants just a step across the property. I would do a return visit.
