Beautiful house, Helpful, caring hosts. Breakfasts were wonderful. Great location in quiet neighborhood but close enough to walk to the Massachusetts mile and within a short drive of many other Indianapolis highlights.
The room and house itself are delightfully cute. Breakfast was nice and light.

Cons -

It's strange that none of the proprietors live at Stone Soup Inn to handle emergencies/requests throughout the night. They could also advertise "check-in by appointment" earlier in their emails (instead of burying it after cancellation and special dates).
The staff was not friendly. The man who checked us in was rude when explaining how to open the door. He said that he couldn't wait for the next guest to get there so he could have a beer. Don't think I will be staying there again.

The room was nice.

The staff was not friendly. The man who checked us in was rude when explaining how to open the door. He said that he couldn't wait for the next guest to get there so he could have a beer. Don't think I will be staying there again.
