Aloft by Marriott Indianapolis Downtown

The location is perfect for a visit to Indianapolis.

Staff not honest. Talisa thought she “got one over on me by simply saying, “I have you in a skylview room,” , paid extra for a slyline view and stared out at a parking garage. Yep, her lack of honesty got me! Never again for this lackluster hotel.

Unfortunately, I didn't have time for breakfast. That said, the staff was kind, helpful, professional, and friendly.

The overnight valet parking was quite pricy compared to other parking lots in the area.

Conveniently located downtown and the valet parking was amazing. Staff was great so friendly. Fun games decorated cute and had a secret vault

While convenient to downtown. The sirens and train horns were a lot all night. Also the room doesn’t get very dark

The staff, particulary Talisa, was warm and friendly. The room was clean and very functional (well lit, placement of outlets, tables, etc). I loved our stay!!

I would have liked fresh water and coffee available in the lounge area.

Didn’t like the downtown area

Booked this hotel for a concert at Gainbridge Fieldhouse (7 min walk). I loved the location, it was walking distance to Monument Circle, restaurants and entertainment. There is street parking and a garage around the corner, so parking wasn't as inconvenient as I thought it'd be. There is a night club next door that I thought would be loud and bothersome, but we didn't hear anything when it was time to relax. Our room was cleaned and so was the lobby and snack area, the front desk staff was friendly and helpful as well.

Helpful reception staff, near to centre, and easy walking distance to restaurants and bars. Rooms big, bed very comfortable. Would stay again.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel, itself, was beautiful.

You could hear the loud noises from the club nextdoor; but wasn't a huge distraction.
