The dirty q tips under bathroom sink and that was in the second room the first room was dirty and the draw handle feel off in my hand

The pool was great.

Water temp was never consistent in shower. Cable channels were very limited. Have had better stays in Cheaper hotels. Beds were also not fixed into the floor. Very wobbly.

Quiet rooms, good breakfast

Although the room appeared clean, we found several pieces of trash hiding under the bed including an empty beer can, beer bottle lids, food, etc. as well as used soap in the shower. We thoroughly checked everything else before deciding to keep the room.

It was conveniently located and the beds are clean and comfortable.

The breakfast is pretty basic. It seemed much better when I stayed 3 yrs ago. The doors to the rooms are very heavy, difficult for an older person to open. The wallpaper in the bathroom is beginning to show moisture issues.

Clean, reasonable price

Not very many dining options in close vicinity.

Breakfast was decent

First room, there was a dead bug under the mattress pad. Second room, TV wouldn't work. Third, there was no soap in bathroom or shower, the deadbolt was very hard to lock, dead bugs on the floor. All rooms smelled. I would never stay here again!

Super friendly staff. Very accommodating when checking in. Observed that they were very courteous to others that ran into an issue needing an excessive amount of extra towels. Room was clean, well appointed.

Only bummer about hotel was that it was closer to Honda plant and not on main road with all the restaurants.

The room was a good size.

No cleaning service at all for 4days. When a softball team was running, yelling thru halls at 10 pm thru 1am calls to the front desk resulted in NO change. Sleep was impossible.

The website says pet friendly. When you're checking in they ask about pets. They hit you with a $60 per pet per night non-refundable charge. If I'd have known this up front I'd have chosen another hotel to stay in.

Water did not flow in the bathroom sink. Had to get water from tub faucet to brush teeth. Heater was very noisy and my husband could not sleep. Not Hampton Inn quality I am familiar with

The rooms, lobby and breakfast area were clean and inviting. The staff was friendly, attentive, and skilled.

The breakfast was terrific

The hotel was OK. Was expecting a more updated room. We were there on a Monday evening and most restaurants were closed except for the fast food places.

Cleanliness and safety

Only 1 night children were above me and the noise was very disturbing! Sounded like they were jumping off the bed and bricks on their feet. I was very happy it did get quite before midnight!. My only complaint! Never happened before.

It was clean. Breakfast was better than most. Love the lobby area

Customer service needs improved. I called and asked if they could bring up a razor and he responded with "you can come get it" housekeeping won't be able too until 830am. I had to call 3x to have them bring me clean towels.

Location. Private parking no busy area. Good views

Pool open but pool room sweltering due to no air flow due to broken ventilation. Impossible to stay in the area safely as there was no air circulation Elevator ground floor button broken in 1 of the two elevators resulting in waiting for the other elevat

You served a very good breakfast, and those working it were above average, and I gave her a tip. I think they should have a tip bowl out.

The pool and hot tub room was so bad with strong chlorine that I couldn't go in. You need the salt system for cleaning and disinfecting. Choosing your Hotel was to use the Jacuzzi as I have back chronic back problems.

Great service, friendly staff

I know we're in the middle of covid but I really think they could do more with the breakfast. We stayed in a Drury inn in Indianapolis they had a full breakfast

No breakfast which was listed to be included in price and no swimming and that was not listed eirher

It was very clean and new.

The pool was closed.
