Hampton Inn & Suites Mishawaka/South Bend

Everything!!!! It was beautiful, clean, the staff was awesome!!!!! Close to everything!!!!

This hotel was in a good area with shops nearby.

We had our baby with us and at 1am we heard banging and loud yelling in the hallway. We came out into the hallway to see a woman passed out drunk in the hall. We picked up all of our stuff and left at 1am as our baby had woken up from the noise.

It was Christmas Eve and I was upgraded! Sweet gesture from the front desk person who had an open room she kindly offered to me on a holiday night as I traveled alone.

THE LOCATION OF THE SHOWER HEAD!!!!!! Who is the Moron that placed the shower head within inches of the ceiling? It is unreachable for anyone shorter than 6 feet. The cleaning staff admitted that they never clean the shower heads!THEY NEED A LADDER!

The staff, room, cleanliness and helpfulness with early check in were perfect or better. I would rate this place higher than the two and a half stars I think you had it at. It was at least a three if not a three and a half for South Bend in terms of all.

It was a little further away for what we were there for at the Notre Dame Football game, but now even with hindsight we would probably choose it again because of the hotel itself and the restaurants around it. We had a great time there.

The breakfast buffet is seriously lacking. Powdered eggs were awful. No other protein other than the little bit in yogurt. Not really up to the standard of hotels in this rating level/price point.

Hotel is brand-new! Love the breakfast area with the big, tall table in the middle! Very classy designs throughout hotel. Location was fantastic. Walking distance to Starbucks, Smoothie King, Grocery store, and restaurants!

Front Desk clerk did not verify our address at check-out (or check-in). We discovered on our way home that we had a complete different address on our bill. We live in Illinois, not in Connecticut! Not sure, how this happened, we booked room online!

A nice comfortable room and a nice breakfast with plenty of choices

Doors shut loudly, which on a Saturday night continued until 11 PM or so.

The bathtub was not clean, and with the complimentary snacks there was a bite in one of them.

It?s very clean and the proximity to shopping and restaurants is great

Very clean!!! I’m pretty picky about clean, fresh smelling rooms.This is one of the Best hotels we have stayed at recently. We will definitely stay here again.

Location is good

Bed was not comfortable . Wish they had real eggs for breakfast . They had those industry prepped hard boiled ones but prob made a week ago 2000 miles away. Otherwise powdered eggs .
